Some Crimes on the Hive Blockchain that Hivers Commit on a Daily Basis - Wrong HashTags, Spamming, and Vote Begging

Greetings to my brethrens on the Cent community and the entire hive blockchain. I bring you good tidings from my family here in Nigeria. We pray that as your day goes by, you'll see your paths shinning brighter and brighter.

Today I want to discuss on some issues many are getting involved in on the hive blockchain and probably do not know how they came about. I'll focus on identifying the issues and give us some solutions to them.

Are you aware that many Hivers have been blacklisted by some communities on the hive blockchain, yet they don't know about it. One of the major reasons why most Hivers have been blacklisted is because of wrong #tags. What this means here is, tagging a wrong communities in their various posts.

It should be noted that there are general communities that can be tagged without being penalized and there are communities that once you tag them, you immediately enter into problem.

I believe that by now everyone should know that Proof of Brain community is a general and multipurpose community that receives any tag from post. We also have the following general communities: #neoxian, #cent and #palnet.

Most people on the hive blockchain don't even know that #creativecoin is an #tag used for art posts on the hive blockchain, while #leofinance is for only posts that are crypto, finance and economics inclined. People make these mistakes on a daily basis to tag LeoFinance in all their posts.

Wrong #tags attracts downvotes from that community, although it'll not affect the right tagged communities. During the first two weeks of my stay on the hive blockchain, I tagged the 1up community, but was rescued by @trashyomen who gave me some little orientation about the #oneup community.

Do you know that communities are interrelated on the hive blockchain and these interrelated communities needs to go alongside. For instance, if you're writing a content on Homeschooling, you need to tag, Home Edders, Education, #Familyprotection, unschooling. This is because, they interrelate and can match into the topic.

Please, check the suggested hashtags of the community you're creating your content in to know the angle you want to take and the required hashtags to include in that post.

Spamming and Vote Begging
Every Hiver is supposed to work hard in creating contents and wait for Curators both manual and official to upvote their contents, but many think that mentioning the names of Curators in their post will amount to high upvotes for their contents.

My dear, mentioning Curators and thanking all the communities on hive in your post amounts to two crimes: spamming and Vote Begging. Voting begging simply means that you don't believe in the ability of your content to attract Curators.

I want to let you know that most a times why our posts aren't curated is simply because we don't understand the timing of Curators. Most people drop their posts after a curator have finished curating for the day, which is a major challenge.

The earlier you study and understand the timing of Curators in various communities the better for you.
