Preparation and process-
- First here I will grind mustard seeds, green chillies, chopped onions, garlic cloves and whole cumin seeds together well. All the spices are well mixed together.
- This time here I have caught three pieces of silver carp fish. Now add some salt and turmeric powder inside it. Now I have mixed it well.
- Now put a pan in the oven and put some oil in the pan. When the oil gets hot, I put fish inside it for frying. Now I will fry the fish upside down. So the fish has been fried upside down. Now take it down in a container.
- This time I have again given the same amount of oil in the same pan. When the oil is hot, add the spices mixed together inside it. Stir it well and fry it.
- Now add salt and turmeric powder inside it. After stirring it well, I added enough water inside it. Now I will fake it for a while.
- After a while, Jhole Balak came. Now I have given fried fish inside it. Now I will fake it for a while. After a while the broth has completely reduced. Now take it out of the oven.
