Required materials:

  • A package of pasta
  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • One onion
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper and oil as needed
  • (You can also use mushrooms, but I didn't have them at home)

We put a pot of water with 2 spoons of salt to boil.

We slice the onion and

When the onions become light and change color a little, we add the meat.

When the meat is slightly roasted, we add the tomato paste.

We roast a little, then add half a glass of water to boil and cook the meat a little.

(If you like mushrooms, add them after the meat is cooked and before adding the tomato paste.)

The water in the pot has boiled, now we break the pasta strands in half and pour them into the boiling water.

We wait for 7 minutes.

In this interval, we stir once or twice so that the pasta does not stick together.

If it sticks, there is no problem, we will separate it later.

Then we drain for 7 minutes.

We pour cold water on the pasta inside the colander and if it is stuck together, we separate it at this stage.

Pour oil at the bottom of the pot

We spread sliced ​​potatoes or thin bread.

Now add a little pasta and a little more pasta and ingredients and stir a little until the pasta gets colored.

When the pasta and ingredients are finished, pour half a glass of cold water around the pot and put it in.

We reduce the heat under the pot. We let it brew for half an hour.

Delicious food is ready to eat. A colorful bottom of the pot is also waiting for us.

This dish can be eaten with salad.

I prepared a delicious salad using some lettuce leaves, a tomato, a cucumber, a little lemon juice, salt and a spoonful of sesame seeds and put it next to my meal.

I also put some sumac on the salad.
