Review: DETEKTIF CONAN VOLUME 36

In this post, I'm reviewing Detektif Conan Volume 36, a continuation of what I reviewed in my previous post on this community. Is one of the volumes of the popular mystery comic series Detektif Conan/Meitantei Conan. The origin of this comic series is from Japan. What I review is the Indonesian edition (translation).

Di postingan ini, aku mereview Detektif Conan Volume 36, sambungan dari yang kureview di postinganku di komunitas ini yang sebelumnya. Merupakan salah satu volume dari komik serial misteri populer Detektif Conan/Meitantei Conan. Asal komik serial ini adalah dari Jepang. Yang kureview adalah edisi Indonesia (terjemahan).

The version I have is the orange cover, not the white one (the previous version). The paper is newsprint, the cover is glossy.

Versi yang kupunya adalah sampul berwarna orens, bukan yang berwarna putih (versi sebelumnya). Kertasnya kertas koran, sampulnya glossy.

This comic series is led by Shinichi Kudo, a high school detective whose body has shrunk due to being fed dangerous drug. He lives his life as an elementary school student living in the house of Detective Kogoro Mouri, the father of Ran Mouri, his best friend since childhood. But, he can still solve crimes cases.

Komik serial ini ditokohutamai oleh Shinichi Kudo, detektif SMA yang menyusut tubuhnya dikarenakan dicekoki obat berbahaya. Dia menjalani kehidupannya sebagai siswa SD yang menumpang tinggal di rumah Detektif Kogoro Mouri, ayah dari Ran Mouri, sahabatnya sejak kecil. Tapi, dia masih bisa menyelesaikan kasus-kasus kejahatan.

Bomb threat entered the police during the Tokyo Spirit Team's victory parade. Every corner of the city stands guard undercover cops. In the midst of the crowd, someone grabs Mitsuhiko's video camera. And suddenly Takagi's car exploded...

Ancaman bom masuk ke kepolisian saat pawai kemenangan Tim Tokyo Spirit berlangsung. Di setiap sudut kota berjaga polisi yang menyamar. Di tengah keramaian itu, sesesorang merebut kamera video milik Mitsuhiko. Dan tiba-tiba mobil milik Takagi meledak...

📙 Like other volumes, this volume also has a keyhole with a character image on the back cover. In volume 36, the keyhole is Matsuda, a new character, but he's just a memorable character, because he's already dead.

Seperti volume-volume lainnya, volume ini juga ada keyhole dengan gambar tokoh di sampul belakang. Di volume 36 ini keyholenya adalah Matsuda, tokoh baru, tapi dia hanyalah tokoh kenangan, karena dia sudah mati.

📙 File 1 (Pengunjung yang Berbahaya / Dangerous Visitors in English), File 2 (Mystery Word), File 3 (Utusan Akhirat / Messenger of the Afterlife in English), File 4 (Puri Putri dan Naga / Princess and the Dragon King's Palace in English) continue the ending story in the previous volume (volume 35) that has not been completed, namely: Conan and others come to Okinawa island for the TV show entitled Heiji Hattori vs Kogoro Mouri Analysis Duel, then, in the middle of the initial inspection on Funaura island where the unknown body was found, a murder case occurrs. Beside the body is a mysterious inscription...!! In File 4 of this volume, readers are told who the perpetrator of the murders is. The murder he did is not only 1 like in the previous volume, but more.

File 1 (Pengunjung yang Berbahaya), File 2 (Mystery Word), File 3 (Utusan Akhirat), File 4 (Puri Putri dan Naga) melanjutkan kisah akhir di volume sebelumnya (volume 35) yang belum selesai, yaitu: Conan dan lainnya datang ke pulau Okinawa dalam rangka acara TV yang berjudul Duel Analisis Heiji Hattori vs Kogoro Mouri, kemudian, di tengah inspeksi awal di pulau Funaura tempat ditemukannya mayat tak dikenal itu, terjadilah kasus pembunuhan. Di samping mayat terdapat tulisan misterius...!! Di File 4 volume ini, pembaca diberitahu siapa pelaku pembunuhan-pembunuhan. Pembunuhan yang dilakukannya tidak hanya 1 seperti di volume sebelumnya, tetapi ada lagi.

📙 File 5 (Kemajuan di Tengah Niat Jahat / Progress Amid Evil Intention in English), File 6 (Bukti dalam Video / Proof on the Video in English), File 7 (Sasaran Pelaku Pemboman / The Bomber's Aim in English), File 8 (Polisi yang Tak Kembali / Police Who Never Returned in English), File 9 (Ingatan yang Tak Bisa Hilang / Uneraseable Memory in English), File 10 (Perangkap Merah / Red Trap in English), File 11 (Nomor Satu di Dunia Ini / Number One in This World in English), readers find Conan with other members of the Junior Detective League (Genta, Ai, Ayumi, and Mitsuhiko). Also the Tokyo cops. At first the Junior Detective League with Professor Agasa see the Tokyo Spirits soccer team's victory parade. There they meet undercover cops because a strange fax was sent to the central police station, which read: 'In today's Tokyo Spirits victory parade something interesting will happen'... The fax is similar to the case they handled before, so the cops from the Investigation Team have to move, since their faces are recognized by the culprit so they have to investigate while undercover. There are explosions. Conan and the other junior detectives, Professor Agasa, and the police solve this case. Then due to a bomb threat phone call on November 7th, the same day as three years ago since the death of the legendary cop Matsuda of the Bomb Disposal Team, Captain Shiratori heads to the scene. However, there his car exploded. At the same time, a passphrase is found which is thought to be the password for the bomb installation...

File 5 (Kemajuan di Tengah Niat Jahat), File 6 (Bukti dalam Video), File 7 (Sasaran Pelaku Pemboman), File 8 (Polisi yang Tak Kembali), File 9 (Ingatan yang Tak Bisa Hilang), File 10 (Perangkap Merah), File 11 (Nomor Satu di Dunia Ini), pembaca mendapati Conan bersama anggota Grup Detektif Cilik lainnya (Genta, Ai, Ayumi, dan Mitsuhiko). Juga polisi-polisi Tokyo. Awalnya Grup Detektif Cilik bersama Profesor Agasa melihat pawai kemenangan tim sepak bola Tokyo Spirits. Di sana mereka bertemu polisi-polisi yang menyamar karena ada fax aneh dikirim ke kantor polisi pusat, isinya: 'Dalam pawai kemenangan Tokyo Spirits hari ini akan terjadi hal yang menarik'... Fax itu mirip dengan kasus yang mereka tangani sebelumnya, makanya para polisi dari Tim Investigasi harus bergerak, karena wajah mereka dikenal oleh pelakunya maka mereka harus menyelidiki sambil menyamar. Terjadilah ledakan-ledakan. Conan beserta detektif-detektif cilik lain, Profesor Agasa, dan para polisi menyelesaikan kasus ini. Lalu karena adanya telepon ancaman bom pada tanggal 7 November, hari yang sama dengan tiga tahun yang lalu sejak kasus tewasnya polisi legendaris Matsuda dari Tim Penjinak Bom, Kapten Shiratori menuju lokasi. Tetapi, di sana mobilnya meledak. Pada saat yang bersamaan ditemukan kalimat sandi yang diperkirakan sebagai sandi pemasangan bom...
