You know summer has come and the weather has become very hot. Speacially , people generally don't want to eat anyting at this times. They need fresh, cold drinks.So, I thougt that I can give a very delicious smoothie recipe, too.I made this drink last summer and everbody loved it and sometimes they even drunk 2 cups.

Biliyorsunuz yaz geldi ve havalar çok ısındı. Özellikle, insanlar genellikle bu zamanlarda herhangi bir şey yemek istemezler. Soğuk,fresh içeceklere ihtiyaç duyarlar.Bu yüzden ben de çok lezzetli bir smoothie tarifi verebileceğimi düşündüm. Bu içeceği geçen yaz yaptım ve herkes çok sevdi ve bazen 2 bardak bile içtiler.
İsterseniz tarifini vereyim :
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen Bananas
- 200 ml Milk
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
İçindekiler:
- 2 adet dondurulmuş muz
- 200 ml Süt
- 3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
- 1 yemek kaşığı bal
- 1 yemek kaşığı fıstık ezmesi
Making ;
First of all, you prepare the ingredients.Then, get the blender ready to pour the mixture.At the beganning, put 200 ml milk in the blender.
Öncelikle malzemeleri hazırlayın, ardından karışımı dökmek için blender'ı hazırlayın. 200 ml sütü blender'a koyun.
Add 2 bananas which you put the deep freeze 2 hours ago.
2 saat önce derin dondurucuya koyduğunuz 2 adet muzu
ekleyin.
Then, put 3 tablespoons of yogurt ,
Ardından 3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt koyun,
Put 1 tablespoon of honey, if you wish you can increase according
to your palate.
1 yemek kaşığı bal koyun, dilerseniz damak zevkinize göre artırabilirsiniz.
After you put all things in the blender ,
Her şeyi blendera koyduktan sonra ,
Switch start button and mix it.
Çalıştırma düğmesini çevirin ve karıştırın.
If your machine is powerfull you can put ice cube but it isn't necesssary. You can also add the ice after the mixing is finished in the cup so your drink will be colder.
Makineniz güçlüyse buz küpü koyabilirsiniz ancak bu gerekli değildir. Buzu fincanda karıştırma işlemi bittikten sonra da ekleyebilirsiniz, böylece içeceğiniz daha soğuk olacaktır.
