My love-hate relationship with Piaya began when I first came to Cebu. I used to dislike the taste of Piaya, so whenever my friends invited me to try it, I always refused. My sister-in-law seemed to enjoy it, so every time I returned home, she asked me to bring Piaya, so I made sure to stock up. But, just last month, one of my friends sent me some sweets and souvenirs from her recent trip, and one of the goodies inside the bag was Piayaya, so I thought why not try it? Ever since that day, I've grown to love it, and whenever I go to the supermarket, I look for it in the Pasalubong Area.

Once lang ako nakatikim nito, pero hindi ko bet. Maybe I should also give it a try again. Baka it tastes better the second time around :)

You just have to give it another try. May ganito talagang mga foods na di natin bet at first taste pero pag natry ulit ok naman pala like how I do with bibingka.

Oh, bibingka yummy!! Masarap siya with coffee. Each time na umuuwi ako ng Samar I always love to have bibingka around and puto.
