Craving for some Tuslob Buwa and trying Sizz + Brew for the first time
I was craving Filipino food after returning from my trip when I spotted @cheerupwithjl's post about this food place, which makes me want to go out and meet up with them.
We have a group chat on messenger and message everyone who is available for a quick catch-up as well as to give them a souvenir from my previous trip.
Fortunately, JL and @jeennicious were available, and we agreed to meet in Ayala, near JL's workplace. We waited for Mary since she wanted to join us, but we were hungry and merely asked her to go after she finished her errand. We arrived at the venue and it was really busy; we almost didn't have any tables to remain at, but thankfully one table became available and we grabbed it.
I was fulfilled with my cravings, and this is my second time eating Tuslob buwa, but one thing I can say is that I like the first location where I had it, but this restaurant isn't awful at all. They also have a great pork lumpia and crispy ginabut, which I appreciate about this establishment.
So, if I had to rank this restaurant, I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. This is solely based on my experience, and of course, your experience may vary once you try it, but it is worth a go if you know this spot or live close by, you should visit and try.
Address: Don Jose Avila St, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu
