Que en estos tiempos nos tiene desesperados con respecto al clima y las temperaturas, pues la ola de calor y el sol inclemente nos tiene inventando de todo con tal de apaciguar y soportar esto que de alguna manera a nivel personal es perjudicial para mi salud

Esta pregunta viene como anillo al dedo, cuando estamos en la calle se nota un grado de desesperación en las personas por el calor tan terrible que esta haciendo en mi ciudad Cumana estado Sucre y ha esto se suma el sol que cada día amanece con las pilas nuevas, me doy cuenta porque en realidad mas que todo nosotras las mujeres buscamos cualquier cosa para ventilarnos y convertirla en abanico entre estos un pedazo de cartón de caja es lo mas común que he visto y tambien he usado, como tambien hay quienes ya salen preparadas con sus abanicos, que incluso ya lo incluí en mi lista de compras. Cuando me monto las unidades de transporte publico me causa hasta un poco de risa ver como aletean esas manos que las relaciono con una coreografía de baile de un grupo de hace algunos años por no decir muchos que se llamaba "locomia" que usaban abanicos en sus coreografías de baile, con esto que les estoy contando se me cayo la cedula 😂.

Aunque esta es una de las cosas mas comunes que se hace a nivel cotidiano, tambien me gusta salir preparada, pero siempre caigo en algo contradictorio, una porque lo mejor seria salir con ropa de algodón que es bien fresca, que fuera de tiros sin mangas, algo bien ligero, sin embargo esta el factor sol, entonces para protegernos de el, además de aplicarme protector solar, tengo que colocarme franela pero de mangas largas. La otra medida que nunca puede faltar y es una de las mas importante es llevar agua fresca para hidratarnos, ese termo con agua es mi mejor acompañante a donde quiera que voy. Esta ultima que les comparto, bueno es opcional pero en mi aplica ya que tengo el cabello largo, es recogerlo lo mas que pueda, incluso a veces cuando caigo en desesperación me provoca cortármelo, porque en muy pocas ocasiones lo puedo tener suelto, les diría que en salidas nocturnas.

No podía despedirme sin contar una anécdota, muy privada entre ustedes y yo, no es para que me llamen vieja, pero estoy en en la etapa de la menopausia y se imaginan mi relacion con el calor o los calorones que siento somo como la uña y el mugre y hasta estando en el aire acondicionado siento calor, lo bueno que en este sentido es uno de los síntomas que me indica que estoy en este proceso pero me pasa rápido. Por esto cuando leí esta pregunta de inmediato me dije esta es la mía, hasta tengo ganas de escribir una novela que se llame como esta frase que se ha echo muy común en mi decirla y a veces inconscientemente la repito a diario de una manera muy seguida "Hace calor o soy yo"
