What a snappy little poem, and the cadence fits like a glove. I admire anyone who can write great poetry, as that's a skill I've never been blessed with. I'm reminded of the first Persian we brought home. She wasn't like the other alley cats that we had, and to visitors, one might wonder as to who was the master and who exactly was the pet. :)
