Fuimos a una exposición de minerales [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! El domingo pasado mi esposo se enteró que había una exposición de minerales en el Instituto de Ciencias de la Tierra de la Universidad de Silesia en la calle Będzińska de Sosnowiec y como a Paweł y a mi nos encanta ver cosas nuevas o interesantes decidimos ir allí a echar un vistazo. Recuerdo que era un día frío pero aún así había varias personas allí viendo todo lo que había en el lugar como nosotros.

Habían dos áreas en el lugar, la que muestro en las fotos y otro para la que había que pagar una entrada de 15 eslotis, es decir menos de 4 dólares (lo cual es un buen precio) pero la verdad es que preferimos no hacerlo porque no sabíamos si sería un área para un bebé pequeño como Olivia aún así sabíamos que habían mesas llenas de joyas, minerales y fósiles, quizá si uno de los dos hubiese sido un coleccionista o amante del tema de minerales hubiésemos entrado a esta área pero la verdad es que yo no se mucho de minerales, más que lo que aprendí en el liceo pero sin duda puedo decir que habían muchas cosas lindas a la venta, yo por ejemplo quería comprar un cuarzo para usarlo en un collar pero la verdad es que últimamente no estoy usando muchos accesorios, así que al final no lo compré pero disfrutamos el poco tiempo que estuvimos allí y fue muy interesante y seguro que es más interesante para los amantes del tema de minerales. Y tú? Eres amante de los minerales?

Hello everyone! Last Sunday my husband found out that there was a mineral exhibition at the Institute of Earth Sciences at the University of Silesia on Będzińska Street in Sosnowiec and since Paweł and I love to see new or interesting things we decided to go there to have a look. I remember it was a cold day but still there were several people there looking at everything in the place like us.

There were two areas in the place, the one I show in the pictures and another one for which you had to pay an entrance fee of 15 eslotis, that is less than 4 dollars (which is a good price) but the truth is that we preferred not to do it because we did not know if it would be an area for a little baby like Olivia even though we knew that there were tables full of jewelry, minerals and fossils, maybe if one of us had been a collector or lover of minerals we would have entered this area but the truth is that I do not know much about minerals, more than what I learned in high school but I can certainly say that there were many nice things for sale, I for example wanted to buy a quartz to use it in a necklace but the truth is that lately I am not using many accessories, so in the end I did not buy it but we enjoyed the short time we were there and it was very interesting and for sure it is more interesting for those who love the subject of minerals.
