Weekend-Engagement topics: WEEK 189 ~ Weekend
Outdoors or indoors this weekend, what's your preference and why? Remember to use your own photos.
For me, I believe that weekends should be 90% spent at home, because most of our workdays are spent running around, maybe with school or work activities and we most times neglect ourselves because we have piled up on tasks we are supposed to accomplish before it is weekend, so we end up not having time for ourselves and our personal needs and even chores too. So for me, I do believe that my weekends are meant to be spent indoors doing the chores I couldn't do during the week, after that I can spend the remaining hours resting or leisurely around in my room with my phone because my phone is my companion.
My outdoor activity was just for a few hours but ever since then, I have been indoors pressing my phone and resting because, from next week, I will be trying to read my books for exams as our exams will be starting soon.
This weekend was a bit different, although not too different because I still was home but I decided to take myself to the salon pay for their time, and have them loosen and wash my hair. I don't usually do that every time but because I was tired and didn't feel like doing the job myself and truth be told, I knew that if I continued with the mindset that I was going to be the one to loosen and wash my hair by myself, I might end up not losing the hair till I am done with exams.
Which is going to means that I am going to carry the hair till next month because my exams start next week and I won't have the time anymore to sit down to loosen and wash my hair until I am done writing my exams, even though I won't be writing exams every single day of the week but I know I won't also want to sit and loosen my hair and then wash it, because it will take a lot of my time compared to taking it to the salon.
So, what made my weekend different this week was that I took myself to the salon and paid for my hair to be loosened and washed, when they were done, I packed my hair in a bun and came back home. So I think I did both the indoor and the outdoor this weekend and that was because I needed to lose and wash my hair.
