I welcome you all to another edition of Creative Sunday, wishing us a happy Sunday and a prosperous week ahead. Creativity is all about doing something unique and wanting people to see or learn about it but today I am trying something new, this is my first time trying this snack and it came out well though I called it indomie pizza.

I had tried fritters and this is way far from fritter because of the outcome and the veggies I used in making this homemade pizza.

INGREDIENTS USED
2 noodles
Onions
Tomato
Green and red peppers
4 eggs

I started prepping all the veggies, though I was not the only one who wanted to eat it, so I had to limit the pepper I used, I rinsed the peppers, onions, and tomatoes and chopped them to tiny pieces after this process, I set it aside and move on to the next.

I parboiled the noodles and after a minute drained the water using my sieve and set it aside to cool for some minutes before proceeding to the next step

The next step is to break the eggs, though I captured three eggs and later added one to it making it four eggs because I wanted it to come out well and a bit crispy at the top, I whisked the eggs using my tablespoon and added all the ingredients then mixed, after that I had already transferred the noodles from the sieve to a bowl for easy mixing of my egg mixture, I then pour in the egg mixture into the noodles and used my spoon to stirred it together so that every ingredient can incorporate together and leave it for a minute

I used my oven for this instead of frying, I brushed my oven tray with vegetable oil and spread it around the edges before transferring my mixed Noodle to the tray and allowing it to heat up for some minutes.

After five minutes, I checked and saw that it was coming up, no need to flip to the other side because I wanted the upper part to be a little crispy so there will not be a need for flipping, after another minute I checked and it was ready, I brought it out and use my knife to divide it into parts, it came out the way I want and it is foldable like pizza.

Thank you for taking your precious time to watch my video.

Indeed that was very creative, I wish I could save the video to my device locally as I will love to try out this recipe, Indomie pizza. I'm pretty sure my entire family will be in shock of how this will come out, I'm honestly going to share this post in my editors pick for this week, thanks for sharing such artistic work with our regular noodles.
