I REGRETTED BUYING THIS PRODUCT

Last week, I went through something similar. I simply smiled and thought, "This is for me," when I saw the prompt.

Something of this nature happened to me last week and I nearly cried but there is no remedy to it again because I had already paid for it.

I went to a makeup store last week to get a new eyeshadow palette. My customer, who sells me makeup kits, increased the price of all of her products, so I had to try somewhere else because I couldn't afford the amount she is charging for her products now, and I also needed to buy some products because I have makeup work to do this month and next month.

I decided to go to the market, there was a makeup store inside the market so I wanted to patronize the man who owned the store and see if his products were original and affordable so I entered the store and picked everything I would needed in my studio, though his goods were cost but not like my customer that I am used to, his products are still lesser and affordable.

I selected several items and the last one I sighted was a lovely eyeshadow palette, when I saw the eyeshadow palette I fell in love with it because it comprised 54 colors with highlighter and blush but the one I was using did not have much color compared to this new one. I had already paid for the items in my cart 🛒 but I need to take this palette with me as well.

Before I saw the eyeshadow palette, I had already paid for other items, so I decided to pay for it. But I was struggling with my spirit if to get it or not but when I asked about the price, I noticed that it was a little high, I decided to buy it because I didn't want to base my work on just one product I wanted to try different products so that I could determine which one is the best.

After I paid for the palette, I began to blame myself without a reason. Not until one of my friends, who is also a makeup artist, came into the store. We got up a conversation, and when I told her what I was buying, she asked how much I had paid for the eyeshadow palette. When I told her, she shouted that she had just purchased the same item yesterday for a lesser amount. At first, I thought she was lying, but then she showed me the product picture, I got the palette for #18,000 ($18) while she got her own for only #10,000 ($10).

I wanted to cry at that point because I had already paid for it and the man would not let me return it after hearing the amount my friend got her own. My mood was off for the entire day, and I wondered why the product's price had suddenly increased.

Though this is not the first time I have blamed myself for paying for something, but this one affected me more. I was murmuring to myself all day, blaming myself for purchasing the product, and hearing how much my friend paid for her own infuriated me even more.
