The Last Day With Emily, Guest Teacher from Germany
(Edited)
Today is the last day with Emily, because tomorrow she will head to Tangerang and then to the airport to return to her home country, Germany. Emily is a guest teacher at Budi Utomo school who has been assisting the children for 2 weeks to practice English at Budi Utomo Kindergarten. Every morning Emily also accompanies the students to do gymnastics together in the hall of Budi Utomo Kindergarten.
On her last day at Budi Utomo School, Emily still joined the kindergarten students to do PMT (Supplementary Feeding) at the school. She was very enthusiastic about the activity. Because she also has experience in the field of child development. She also loves children, with all their colors and liveliness. Because kindergarten children are the golden age that has their own liveliness.
Before leaving, Emily said goodbye to all the teachers at the kindergarten and took a group photo. I took the time to take a photo together and also interviewed her. Her impression while in Way Jepara was that she was very happy to be with the children learning, especially when she managed to seduce a child named Mahattir, who was very unwilling to mingle with others.
Emily tried to seduce him and chat, so that Mahatir would not be alone in the hallway. She says that when she was able to interact with the boy, she was happy. Because in Germany, even a teacher cannot be close to a student. Because there will be social jealousy with other students and parents. Teachers and students are not allowed to have contact outside of school hours.
For her, when children are close to her in class, it gives her a sense of happiness because she can blend in with students at Budi Utomo School. The children are also very familiar with Emily, they often ask for her lap or hug her in the class hall. Their inquisitive and curious nature makes them, especially to a tourist like Emily, who is linguistically and culturally different.
Our last day was filled with group photos, to be a memento of Emily's time in Way Jepara as a guest teacher at Budi Utomo Kindergarten.

Thank you @happy0. Emily is very happy, every day to meet the children.
you are welcome
When I was studying, we also had a guest teacher from US. It was amazing to hear the American accent for someone who live in the countryside
That's right, having guest teachers from other parts of the country can lead to exchanging information about culture and everything.
I am sure that Emily took away beautiful memories from this experience. :)
Yups! Indonesia is a very nice country and warm people.
Emily Loves it so much.
