[ESP/ENG] Enjoying a delicious brunch at ganzo & castor

Hola a todos, espero que la semana pasada haya ido de maravilla y que hayan podido descansar bastante. Hoy escribo desde mi día libre, si, así es. Resulta que hoy no trabajo porque en mi oficina libramos los festivos americanos y como es labor day en Estados Unidos nos tomamos un descanso. Uno de los pocos descansos que tenemos en el año pero que vale la pena porque salimos a hacer actividades y descansamos bastante.

Hello everyone, I hope last week went great and that you were able to get plenty of rest. Today I am writing from my day off, yes, that's right. It turns out that today I am not working because in my office we get off American holidays and since it is Labor Day in the United States we take a break. One of the few breaks we have during the year but it is worth it because we go out to do activities and rest a lot.

Hoy vengo a contarte de un brunch al que tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar el día de hoy. Se trata de ganzo & castor, un restaurante ubicado en Manila. La verdad es que teníamos planeado ir a otro y estuvimos allí pero como nunca nos atendieron decidimos irnos ya que quedamos bastante decepcionados de la atención. En cambio, en ganzo & castor fue diferente. Desde que llegamos aquí fueron muy amables y el local es maravilloso.

Today I come to tell you about a brunch that we had the opportunity to visit today. It is ganzo & beaver, a restaurant located in Manila. The truth is that we had planned to go to another one and we were there but as they never served us we decided to leave since we were quite disappointed with the service. On the other hand, ganzo & beaver was different. Since we arrived here they were very kind and the place is wonderful.

Si me preguntan por los precios son un tanto costosos pero vale la pena pagarlo. La verdad es que la presentación de sus platos y lo deliciosos que son merecen lo que valen. Ellos tienen una gran variedad de platos que estábamos bastante indecisos. Sin embargo, como no habíamos desayunado yo decidí irme por unos huevos benedictinos y José pidió un club sándwich. De bebidas pedí un capuchino con leche de almendras y José un té hatsu.

If you ask me about the prices, they are a bit expensive but worth it. The truth is that the presentation of their dishes and how delicious they are are worth what they are worth. They have such a wide variety of dishes that we were quite undecided. However, as we had not had breakfast I decided to go for some eggs benedict and Jose ordered a club sandwich. For drinks I ordered a cappuccino with almond milk and Jose a hatsu tea.

Me encantó cada detalle del servicio. Por ejemplo, los huevos que pedí venían con espárragos y salsa holandesa que sabe delicioso. Este plato no venía con aguacate así que pedí una adición de este ya que estaba antojada. En cambio el club sándwich venía casi que con todo. Nosotros amamos la comida allí y esperamos volver pronto para probar otros ya que valieron la pena.

I loved every detail of the service. For example, the eggs I ordered came with asparagus and hollandaise sauce which tastes delicious. This dish did not come with avocado so I asked for an addition since I was craving it. Instead the club sandwich came with almost everything. We loved the food there and hope to go back soon to try others as they were worth it.

Por todos estos platos y las bebidas pagamos 110.687 pesos colombianos o lo que es aproximadamente unos 27,67 USD. La verdad es que todo estuvo bueno aquí. Olvidé mencionar que mi capuchino lo pedí con adición de leche almendras y que no puedo explicar lo deliciosa que sabía la salsa holandesa de los huevos benedictinos. Excelente experiencia así que en mi opinión se merece un 10/10 este local.

For all these dishes and drinks we paid 110,687 Colombian pesos or approximately 27.67 USD. The truth is that everything was good here. I forgot to mention that I ordered my cappuccino with the addition of almond milk and I can't explain how delicious the hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict tasted. Excellent experience so in my opinion this place deserves a 10/10.
