Social media allows you to document your journey in being the expert. You just have to do that one day at a time. More you do the documentation less you have to market yourself. People eventually find you through variety of the signals on your social media.

Being Transparent and Open

When you want to build the trust you have to be transparent. And that means you tell people that you are going through things. This method may not work for all. In fact more transparent some people become they are likely to face the attacks and people would criticise you too. So you have to watch out your environment. Trick is not going to be too much personal and open too.

Being open also means you haveto explain professional things and explain how the career pitchs you can do. Don't teach people how to solve problem. Instead tell them how you solved problems without trading the secrets of the professions.

Follow through

Some of the time you have to keep people in loop. And those loops you have to promote yourself. And make sure that your account gives you some value back to your followers. It's like when you are seeing how sales people keep calling you till you buy things. That follow thorugh experience is very much required in social media through making the relevant posts too.

Building credibiliy takes effort and time. But you document your journey on the social networks and that eventually brings value to poeple and it helps out establishing profile.
