Fruits are never an option for my midnight snack, I usually have sweet foods whenever I wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry. But I guess banana is good, maybe I'll try to get some of those in my fridge cause those are healthier compared to cake and other sweets 😅

I also like to eat sweets but sometimes it's hard to go back to sleep after consuming it.😁.
