Hello hivers! I am happy to be here once again for this week's open mic. For me, this week's theme is a very interesting one. Having said that, I appreciate @jetta.amaya in a very special way for this unique and exceptional theme. For this week, I will be doing a very popular song. I will be doing Memory by Maroon 5. The song Memory by Maroon 5 is not just a contemporary music, it's also a song that gained much fame as at the time it was produced. It was a song for all. I choose the song memory for this week's hive open mic not just because it is a contemporary song, but also because it is a song that was loved by the people.

The song Memory by Maroon 5 is a song that reminds me about lot's of important people who have been buried deep down my memory. In truth, these people (both the ones I can remember and the ones I cannot) must have affected my growth in one way or the other. I have had sweet, bad and ugly memories, and each of these memories matter. Thus, I dedicate my performance for the week to anybody who have in one way or the other made these memories possible.

Memory by Maroon 5 is a powerful song for me. It's a song I can listen to over and over again. The lyrics of Memory by Maroon 5 can cause a drop of tear to drop from your eyes unconsciously, it's a song that brings lots of forgotten things back to mind. It reminds us of people, times and events we have buried deep down our memory. Performing this song this week, I appreciate every one who made my life here on earth memorable. I appreciate every good memory I had with memorable people; I also appreciate the bad ones since they all matter.

Memory by Maroon 5 is a soft going simply song with a little acustic accompaniment. Performing this song this week, I will be doing a complete acapella version of . Also, I will not be singing the whole of the song. For the purpose of my performance this week, I will be doing just the first verse of the song along side the chorus. I just hope you enjoy it.
