For you the sketch and lineart, can not be very exciting, for the artist it can be hours of work, it is where the idea materializes, it can be even exhausting and frustrating, however, after seeing half the idea projected in the sketch, the lineart is more relaxed, this is in case the design requires it, usually I was already working without lineart, but these characters require it, as they are very cartoon style, without leaving aside that it is kawaii art inspiration.

The sketch and the lineart go hand in hand, that's why I put them in the same step.

In my case the first capture that I present to you, is already clearer, it's like the sketch already arranged, because the disastrous doodling becomes a little stressful to follow the lines, so I erase until I get to that.

I do the lineart with the same tone I've been using with my characters, a dark purple, done in a layer inside a folder, as you know that in these cases I've become very tidy. I would say that I rather like the comfort.

The title says that "Sophia rests in strange mathematical bracket flowers" The reason is because I used the bracket shape used in mathematics to elaborate the flowers, many times in our designs we can use a lot of geometric and mathematical figures to help us.

Para ustedes el boceto y lineart, no puede ser muy emocionante, para el dibujante puede ser horas de trabajo, es donde se materializa la idea, puede ser hasta agotador y frustrante, sin embargo, luego de ver a medias la idea proyectada en el boceto, el lineart es más relajado, esto es en caso que el diseño lo requiera, generalmente ya estaba trabajando sin lineart, pero estos personajes lo requieren, ya que son muy estilo caricatura, sin dejar de un lado que es inspiración de arte kawaii.


El boceto y el lineart van de la mano, por eso los coloco en el mismo paso.


En mi caso el primer capture que te presento, ya está más claro, ya es como el boceto acomodado, pues el garabateo desastroso se torna algo estresante de seguir las líneas, así que voy borrando hasta llegar a eso.


Realizo el lineart con el mismo tono que he venido llevando con mis personajes, un morado oscuro, hecho en una capa dentro de una carpeta pues ya saben que en estos casos me he vuelto muy ordenada. Yo diría que más bien me gusta la comodidad.


El título dice que "Sophia descansa en extrañas flores de corchetes matemáticos" La razón es porque usé la forma de corchete que se usa en matemáticas para elaborar las flores, muchas veces en nuestros diseños podemos usar mucho figuras geométricas y matemáticas para ayudarnos.
