Rutina de hefesto y freestyle [ESP|ING]
Saludos comunidad de #SWC, Este les mostraré mi rutina de hefesto y otras cosas que realice el día de hoy.
La rutina del día de hoy es de mi compañero @Jeyson20sw y la verdad no estabamos muriendo, con el dolor🤣 y se me olvido tomar algunas fotos, como cuando hicimos intentos con la liga.
Tambien estuve realizando freestyle y straddle, ya no estoy tan fatigado de los hombros y a darle con todo.

Greetings #SWC community, This I will show you my hefesto routine and other things I did today.
Today's routine is from my partner @Jeyson20sw and the truth we were not dying, with the pain🤣 and I forgot to take some pictures, like when we made attempts with the garter.
I was also doing freestyle and straddle, I'm not so fatigued with my shoulders anymore and I'm going to give it my all.
This is my fifth post of the #FortisChallenge.
