En el dia de hoy el tema sobre la comida o restaurante?

When I see this question, the first thing that comes to mind is the hamburger, that juicy meat, the melted cheese inside it, those delicious fries that add that crunchy touch, the different colors it offers with the green of the lettuce, the red of the sauce and tomato, the white of the mayonnaise, the softness of the bun. When it comes to food, it's not just about the taste, but also about its presentation, that combination of colors that can be achieved in the kitchen where sight becomes involved, the aroma that also emanates in the environment engaging the sense of smell, the rich flavors that come together when taking the first bite or the first spoonful engage the sense of taste, when we feel the smoothness the touch becomes present, so food engages all the senses, making you dream or even remember a beautiful moment.

Al ver esta pregunta lo primero que me llega a la mente es la hamburguesa, esa carne jugosa, el queso derretido dentro de ella, esas ricas papitas que le de ese toque crujientes, los diferentes colores que nos brinda con el color verde de la lechuga, el rojo de la salsa y del tomate, el blanco de la mayonesa, el suave del pan. Cuando es la comida no es solamente el sabor, sino su presentación esa combinación de colores que se puede hacer en la cocina en donde la vista se hace participe, es olor que también enmana en el ambiente en donde se esta el gusto del olfato, los ricos sabores que se conjuga al llevar el primer mordisco o la primera cucharada se hace participe el gusto, cuando sentimos la suavidad el tacto se hace presente, entonces la comida conjuga a todos los sentidos, en donde te hace soñar o hasta recordar un momento bello.

Thinking about hamburgers or eating them always takes me back to my childhood where my father made a living selling hamburgers. I think I was about 6 years old when my father started the business, as he couldn't find a job, but that didn't stop him from doing nothing. He worked together with my mother and us to make sure there was food on the table, that we could continue our studies, so the hamburger goes beyond being fast food that I love, it has a special meaning because it reminds me of when I was a little girl, I saw my dad go out to buy the ingredients, then come home to have the food ready by my mom, relax, then make the hamburger meat, season the beef and chicken, wash the tomatoes and lettuce, then go to the shop to cut the buns, fill the thermoses, clean the shop, then open at 6 pm, offer his best smile and attention to the customers, provide the best food service, those delicious smells that came out of the shop.

Yo al pensar en las hamburguesa, o comerla siempre me lleva a mi niñez en donde mi padre nos saco adelante vendiendo hamburguesa, si no me equivoco tenia como 6 años cuando mi padre inicio la venta, ya que no conseguía trabajo, pero eso no lo hizo quedarse sin hacer nada, trabajo junto a mi madre y nosotros para sacarnos adelante la comida no faltara en la mesa, pudiéramos cumplir nuestros estudios, entonces la hamburguesa va a mas allá de ser una comida rápida, que me encante si no que tiene un significado especial porque es recordar cuando era una pequeña niña, veía como mi papa salía comprar los ingredientes, para llegar a la casa mi mama tenerle la comida lista, el descansar, luego hacer la carne de hamburguesa, condimentar la de lomito y de pollo, lavar los tomates y lechuga, para luego irse a local a picar lo panes llenar los teteros, hacer limpieza del local, para luego abrir a la 6 pm, brindar su mejor sonrisa y atención a los clientes, brindarle su mejor servicio de comida, esos ricos olores que salían del local.

My father always had a smile on his face, making jokes, creating a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, where customers felt comfortable, both adults, young people, and children. Even though my father was busy, he never lost that smile or his good treatment, he always said that to serve customers you must treat them as you would like to be treated yourself, this was a key element, at the same time incredible to see how the customers returned, how every weekend they were there with their families sharing, enjoying the hamburgers, sandwiches, or hot dogs that my father sold.

Mi padre siempre llevaba una sonrisa en el rostros, chiste, haciendo que el ambiente fuera familiar y acogedor, en donde los clientes se sentía agradable tantos adultos, jóvenes y niños, aunque mi padre estuviera ocupado nunca perdía esa sonrisa o su buen trato, él siempre decía que para servir a los clientes debe hacerlos como te gustaría que lo hiciera contigo mismo, este era un elemento clave, al mismo tiempo increíble de ver como volvía los clientes, de como cada fin de semana estaban ahí con su familia compartiendo, disfrutando de las hamburguesas, pepitos o perros que era lo que mi padre vendía.

My father's hamburgers were special, not only because he was my father or the quality of his products, the freshness that he always had, that care he took to provide his customers, but also because of the love and dedication that both my father and my mother always put into making them, because the preparation of a hamburger is not only there in the shop, it is more than that, it is from the moment he buys the products, then prepares them with love and dedication at home, which is the process of preparation and care of cleaning the meat, washing the lettuce and tomato, chopping them, it is a tough process, but my parents always did it with love, being a happy and united family.

Las hamburguesas de mi padre era especiales, no solo porque era mi padre o la calidad de sus productos, la frescura que el siempre tenia ese cuidado de brindar a sus clientes, sino por el amor y dedicación que tanto mi padre y mi madre siempre le daba al momento de realizarla, porque la preparación de una hamburguesa no es solo es ahí en el local, es mas alla, es desde el momento que compra los productos, luego lo prepara con amor y dedicación en la casa que es el procedimiento de preparación y cuidado de limpieza de la carne, de lavado de lechuga y de tomate, de picarla es un proceso fuerte, pero mi padres siempre con amor lo realizaban siendo una familia feliz y unida.

As my sister and I grew up, we learned together with my father in this business, helping him with what we could at our age, first we started by washing the lettuce and tomato, helping in the shop with cleaning and serving the drinks, then we learned to prepare the hamburger meat, participate more in the business, help serve the customers with the same kindness as my father, providing that smile and family atmosphere, since we worked as a united family. This was a beautiful experience I have had since I was little, where I see a hamburger shop but run by a family it brings back those beautiful memories, but at the same time it taught me the value of hard work, the value of money, the importance of working as a family always being united, and the satisfaction of seeing people consume the hamburgers and come back every day, every weekend they were buying, this business ensured that my father never lacked anything for us, these are teachings that fill me with joy, it was a great family business.

A medida que mi hermana y yo crecimos fuimos aprendiendo juntos a mi padre en este negocio, en ayudarlo en lo que estaba a nuestra edad, primero iniciamos en lavar la lechuga y tomate, al ayudar en el local en la limpieza y servir los refresco, luego fuimos aprendiendo a preparar la carne de hamburguesa, participar mas en el negocio ayudar atender a los clientes con la misma amabilidad de mi padre, brindado esa sonrisa y ambiente familiar, ya que trabajamos la familia unidad. Esta fue una vivencia hermosa que tengo desde pequeña, en donde veo un local de hamburguesa pero atendido por familia me hace llegar esos hermosos recuerdos, pero a su vez me enseño el valor del trabajo duro, el valor del dinero, la importancia de trabajar en familia siempre ser unidos, y la satisfacción de ver las personas como consumían las hamburguesas y regresabas a los días, cada fin de semana estaba comprando, este negocio hizo que mi padre a su vez nunca nos faltara nada, son enseñanza que me llenan de alegría, era un gran negocio familiar.

Although my father is no longer in this earthly world, the love for this type of food remains present in our lives, sometimes we prepare it at home, when we are preparing it, the memories of my father always come to us, the smell that emanates, its flavor brings us back to those beautiful moments we lived as a family, which nowadays, together with my mother and my siblings, when we share together, is what we do, a delicious hamburger just as my father used to make it, we follow my father's secret recipe, with the love that he used to prepare it, and together we remember with nostalgia those moments together with him from childhood, how he always gave us his love, never tired even though it was a tough job all day.

Aunque mi padre ya no esta en este mundo terrenal, el amor por este tipo de comida sigue presente en nuestra vida, en que a veces lo realizamos en el hogar, cuando estamos preparándola siempre nos llega los recuerdos de mi padre, el olor que emana, su sabor nos hace llegar a esos hermosos momentos que vivimos como familia, que hoy en día junto a mi madre y mis hermanos cuando compartimos juntos es lo que realizamos una rica hamburguesa así como la preparaba mi papa, seguimos la receta secreta de mi papa, con el amor que el la preparaba y juntos recordamos con nostalgia esos momentos juntos a el de niñez, como siempre nos brindó su amor, nunca cansado a pesar que era un trabajo fuerte de todo el día.

In summary, the hamburger is not just a dish for me, it is a memory of the happy moments I spent with my parents, my siblings, the family unity that both of them taught us, the life lessons they taught me, and the passion we put into everything we did as a family. Every time I bite into a hamburger, I feel his presence and his love, and it fills my heart with gratitude and happiness.

En resumen la hamburguesa no solo es un plato de comida para mi, es un recuerdo de los momentos felices que pase juntos a mi padres, mis hermanos, esa unión familiar que ambos nos enseñaron, de las lecciones de vida que me enseño, y de la pasión que colocamos en todo lo que hacíamos como familia. Cada vez que muerdo una hamburguesa, siento su presencia y su amor, y llena de gratitud mi corazón, y de felicidad.

Because the hamburger is not just food, it is a piece of my history in my heart.

Porque la hamburguesa no es solo comida, es un pedacito de mi historia en mi corazón.
