Procrastinación

Pensar no es hacer, tener tu lista de cosas por hacer es algo maravilloso pero la acción sólo está hecha cuando realmente has completado la tarea, el número de elementos de la lista realmente no importa, lo que importa es cuando dejas de lado toda distracción y te centras en la tarea hasta que está hecha.

Mi amigo dijo una vez que la procrastinación es un ladrón de tiempo, y el tiempo que se pierde no se recupera fácilmente. Yo soy de la opinión de que hay que hacer lo que es necesario en el momento en que hay que hacerlo, el hábito de la procrastinación es un fuerte todo si se pone todo de ti, no te dejará tan fácilmente, deja de retrasar la tarea cuando tienes que hacerlas, puede evitar que el futuro suceda, sólo existirá en tu mente, pero si no se actúa será peligroso para el futuro que esperas, hazlo ahora, el mejor momento es ahora.

La Mala Gestión del Tiempo

El tiempo es un Recurso crucial para todo emprendedor, si no puedes o no dominas el uso efectivo de tu tiempo, hay tantas cosas que pasarán y pueden pasar, entiende que todo el tiempo no es tuyo, conoce tu tiempo y gestiona tu propio tiempo para utilizar la productividad. Siempre existe el mejor momento para emprender cualquier aventura, no conocer el tiempo, dará lugar a los excesos.

Por favor, no seas un derrochador de tiempo, conoce la tarea a la que te dedicas por tiempo en tu mejor capacidad posible, empieza la mayor parte del tiempo con tareas sencillas, luego añade más con el tiempo, pero sabe cuándo hacerlo, no seas un sota de todo y maestro de nada, prueba esto también te ayudará:

• No te mates haciéndolo todo.

• Haz un uso asombroso de la tecnología

• Maximiza las herramientas disponibles

Mala Delegación de Tareas

Esta es mi opinión, lo mejor de ti sigues siendo tú, la autoconfianza es buena, pero pensar que ningún otro lo hará como tú creará espacio para que muchas cosas sucedan, no importa que tan pequeñas sean las manos, ellas pueden hacer lo que una mano no puede hacer.

Esto es aplicable tanto en pequeños negocios como en otros, tu puedes hacer pero hay manos mejores que las tuyas, si necesitas que el trabajo se haga, por favor delega, puede que no sea lo tuyo hacerlo pero debes aprender a hacerlo.

En caso de que aún así te cueste delegar como me pasó a mí, comprueba regularmente el rendimiento de tus tareas, antes de asignar a alguien la responsabilidad, averigua quién es el más adecuado para el trabajo y sé muy específico sobre el resultado del encargo antes de empezar para evitar historias que toquen a rebato.

Descuido con Documentos/Datos Críticos del Negocio

Hace unos días revise el negocio de unos amigos, mientras trabajaba por ahí, vi un documento del negocio que estaba guardado descuidadamente, en realidad era un recibo de compra, muchas veces vemos que esto pasa mucho con los dueños de pequeños negocios, esto es muy crucial como empresario, cada dato es muy importante para ti, debes asegurarlos a toda costa, muchas veces las documentaciones en los pequeños negocios son difíciles de hacer, sientes que son solo uno o dos artículos e incluso antes de que termine el día olvidarás todo lo que pasó.

Elegir materiales y recursos de baja calidad

Una persona promedio siempre querrá tener un buen trato, no importa cuán pequeño sea su dinero, usted siempre querrá un buen valor por su dinero, pero cuando usted da materiales de bajo estándar o, a veces usted va para los recursos de bajo precio, caerá en sus manos a gran escala, asegúrese de que todo lo que tiene que ofrecer siempre cumplirá con el estándar, al menos cubrir por el dinero o el valor. No es buena idea contratar a un estratega empresarial por su bajo precio, contrate a personal de calidad que se adapte a la cultura de su empresa.

Thinking is not doing, having your to do list is a wonderful thing but the deed is only done when you have actually completed the task, the number of items on the list really does not matter, what matters is when you put aside all distraction and focused on the task till it is done.

Procrastination, my friend once said that it is thief of time, and time when lost may not be regain easily. I am of the opinion that you do what is needful at the time it is to be done, the habit of procrastination is a strong whole if it gets whole of you, will not leave you that easily, stop delaying task when you have to do them, it may prevent the future from happening, it will only exist in your mind but if not acted on will be dangerous to the future you hope for, do it now, the best time is now.

Miss-management of Time

Time is a crucial Resources for every entrepreneur, if you cannot or do not master the effective use of your time, there is so much that will and can happen, understand that all time are not yours, know your time and manage your own time to utilize productivity. There is always the best time to engage in any adventure, failure to know the time, will give room for excesses.

Poor Tasks Delegation

This is my opinion, the very best of you is still you, Self-confidence is good, but thinking that no other will do it like you will create room for many things to happen, no matter how tinny the hands are, they can do what one hand can’t do.
This is applicable in both small business and otherwise, you can do but there are hands better that yours, if you need the work to be done, please delegate, it may not your own thing to do so but you must learn to do so.

In case you still do have challenge delegating like I was, run a check on your task performance on a regular, before assigning someone the responsibility, find out who is best fit for the job and be very specific about the outcome of the engagement before the beginning to avoid stories that touch

Carelessness with Critical Business Documents/Data

A few days back I checked on a friends business place, while working around, I saw a document of the business that was kept carelessly, it was actually receipt of purchase, much times we see this happening a lot with small business owners, this is very crucial as an entrepreneur, every data is very important to you, you must secure them at all cost, many time documentations in small business id hard to do, you feel that it’s just one or two items and even before the end of day you will forget all that happened.

Choosing Low standard materials and resources

An average person will always want to have a good deal, no matter how small your money is, you will always want to good value for your money, but when you giving low standard materials or sometimes you go for low price resources, it will fall your hands on a large scale, be sure all you have to offer will always meet the standard, at least cover for the money or worth the value. It will be a bad idea to go for a business strategist because of the low price, please hire a quality personnel who will fit into the culture of your very business
