The process of self-love is the most difficult, because you must learn to love yourself even though you were always made to feel or felt that you were incomplete, when the reality is that we all come complete to offer something to the world and on that road you fall, stumble, get up, continue and learn. For me, it took me a long time and I am still looking to rebuild the parts of me that at some point broke, but now I do it with more maturity and learning to see my imperfections perfect, what happened forged what I am today, a strong, brave and capable of overcoming any obstacle no matter how big it is. Nothing can stop me, only our creator.

I want to share with you some nice selfies that I took in which I felt very confident, beautiful and sensual, little by little I feel that I am getting the best of me, and I am happy to see someone worthy of admiration when I look in the mirror, and know that the monster I saw before is no longer there.

The mind is our worst enemy, our worst executioner, it feeds on fears, prejudices, evil comments, learn to control your fears, learn to have the will to lead, and you will win. You are your own savior.

El proceso de amor propio es el más difícil, porque debes aprender a amarte a pesar de que siempre te hicieron sentir o sentiste que estabas incompleta, cuando la realidad es que todos venimos completos a ofrecerle algo al mundo y en ese camino te caes, tropiezas, te levantas, sigues y aprendes. A mí, me llevó mucho tiempo y aún sigo buscando reconstruir las partes de mi que algún momento rompieron, pero ahora lo hago con más madurez y aprendiendo a ver perfectas mis imperfecciones, lo que pasó forjó lo que soy hoy, una mujer fuerte, valiente y capaz de superar cualquier obstáculo por más grande que sea. Nada puede detenerme, sólo nuestro creador.

Les quiero compartir unas lindas selfies que me tomé en las que me sentí muy segura, hermosa y sensual, poco a poco siento que voy sacando lo mejor de mí, y me siento feliz de ver a alguien digno de admirar cuando veo a la espejo, y saber que ese monstruo que veía antes ya no está.

La mente es nuestro peor enemigo, nuestro peor verdugo, se alimenta de los miedos, de los prejuicios, de los comentarios malvados, aprende a controlar tus miedos, aprende ha tener voluntad de plomo, y vencerás. Tú eres tu propio salvador.
