Mi almuerzo de hoy: Ensalada rusa y croquetas de carne con avena

Hoy decidí elaborar algo delicioso para almorzar, al abrir la nevera noté que tenía vegetales y hacía un tiempo que no comía ensalada así que puse manos a la obra para hacer algo delicioso para sorprender a mi novio y tener un almuerzo espectacular.
Para esta receta utilicé:
Complementos del almuerzo
- 1 taza de arroz
- ½ cebolla
- 1 diente de ajo
- 1 cucharada de mantequilla
Para las croquetas
- 200 gr de carne molida
- ⅓ taza de avena
- 1 diente de ajo
- 1 cucharada de mostaza
- 1 cucharada de salsa de soya
- 1 cucharada de salsa de ajo
Mayonesa
- 1 huevo
- 1 cucharada de mostaza
- 1 cucharada de vinagre o zumo de limón
- 1 taza de aceite vegetal
Ensalada
- 1 papa
- 1 huevo
- 1 zanahoria
- 1 remolacha
Empezamos, lavando los vegetales y el huevo, y llevándolos a cocción para que ablanden y el huevo endurezca.
Luego, procedemos a preparar la mayonesa licuando los ingredientes hasta que espesen y agregamos sal al gusto, y reservamos en la nevera para que agarre consistencia.
Mientras nuestros vegetales se sancochan, vamos a sofreír la cebolla en cuadritos con la mantequilla y el ajo, para sofreír luego el arroz encima y así lograr obtener un arroz saborizado. Después, que nuestros vegetales estén sancochados y fríos los pelamos, picamos en cuadritos y mezclamos con mayonesa para obtener nuestra ensalada rusa.
Por último, elaboramos nuestras croquetas de carne marinadas, amasando la carne con la avena, especias y salsas, formamos bolitas, las aplastamos y cocinamos a la plancha o lad freímos.
Y así de fácil, fué hacer mi almuerzo de hoy, quedó delicioso!

Lunch ingredients

For the croquettes
- 200 gr ground beef
- ⅓ cup oatmeal

- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic sauce
Mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Salad
- 1 potato
- 1 egg
- 1 carrot
- 1 beet
We start by washing the vegetables and the egg, and boiling them to soften them and harden the egg.
Then, we proceed to prepare the mayonnaise by blending the ingredients until they thicken and add salt to taste, and set aside in the refrigerator so that it takes consistency.
While our vegetables are boiling, we are going to fry the diced onion with the butter and garlic, and then fry the rice on top of it to obtain a flavored rice. After our vegetables are boiled and cooled, we peel them, chop them into cubes and mix them with mayonnaise to obtain our Russian salad.
Finally, we made our marinated meat croquettes, kneading the meat with the oatmeal, spices and sauces, formed small balls, flattened them and grilled or fried them.
And that's how easy it was to make my lunch today, and it was delicious!
