If I say this life is not easy some people will turn to motivational speakers and start telling me it's okay, it's going to be alright, you can make it, just keep pushing, this and that. Worst of all the one that often gets on my nerves is that of a patient dog eats the fastest bone.

You know I used to pay attention to all those things before but the first day I saw how my neighbors dog looks after exercising patience for months, I knew the person telling me that thing was after my life. Was it not how the man on news died of ulcer because he was being patient waiting for the fastest bone?

My dear I am way too young to risk somethings, like I can't chances anymore. We all know how tough things are recently, for one to get three square meal a day is a huge miracle, I am a street guy who knows in and out. We knew how to survive even while we were in our mother's wombs

Previously when life was going well, food was not a big deal, you can easily have you meal the way it is supposed to be, of course you know that as a bachelor, Garri (cassava Granules) is not something you should ever joke with in your life.

Life continued like that for me, and I have ever been on the safer side I tell you not until hardship hit everyone and you barely find two square meals a day, that was where the problem began . Man started looking for possible ways to survive.

I tried the man shall not live by bread alone method for two todays and I vowed never to visit that lane again, that one is not for me at all. my friends I packed my belonging and ran from that method, I almost lost all my intestines. Omo that one is for legends.

After trying different methods which often go wrong after some days, I miraculously stumbled upon an answered prayer. Guess what it is? Okay let me bring you in.

Last week Saturday, I was just sitting on my own, after I got back from a site job being very exhausted and contemplating what to do next with the little wage I received from the work so that I can arrange my meal. Then boom a man showed up on a black suit, well dressed and greeted me. He was such a nice man and his words are so captivating honestly.

After a short chart he gave me a flier and I was wondering what it was for, I almost asked him to just keep it because right now my problem is food but the smiles on his face couldn't let me do that so I just received it.

You know men in suits na, he added, ehen, that flier is for an invitation to our ministry, come and be blessed, this and that, at that point my mind already moved far from him and I was just wishing, he finishes what he was saying and leave then while leaving he said, there would be enough food and drinks ..

Ah! Food? When I heard that, my peace was restored, I checked the flier and the program was that very evening. I went inside took my bath and wore one of my finest suites. When the time reached I was amongst those that arrived early.

Of a truth, I saw people packaging food in one of the rooms, everywhere was just so good, I couldn't stop smiling, I entered the hall sat down and was so excited, in fact I was the one shouting the biggest Amen that moment.

After a while, food was not forth coming, and I was so exhausted, so I decided to take a nap, this was where I got into trouble o. It all began like a dream, I was just hearing voices and I heard raise you hand up ah! Ah! At first I ignored it but when I heard it for the second time, I just decided to do it so that no one will notice I was sleeping.

As soon as I raised my hand up, I heard people applausing, so I opened my eyes and the man on the stage said please stand up and I stood up. The next thing I heard is who else wants to donate two million naira for this wonderful project.

Ahhhh!! Two what? I while I was trying to explain myself the applause of the crowd overshadowed my voice, they took me to an office and asked if it was a transfer I want to make or cash because I held a small bag.

Unfortunately, I told them I don't even know what is happening, the man got angry, warned me never to come to their program again, worst of all the food they offered me in the office was taken by one of the staff. I tried to drag the food but the young man over powered me and threw me out. Please did I do anything wrong? Common food self they can't give me for free🤣
