The World Of Hacks And Unlimited Learning.

I did a lot of things growing up which I didn't know had a name we call 'hacks' now. To me they we're just simple time saving shortcuts that helped me manage my tasks more efficiently and with less stress too. A lot of you probably know about placing a wooden spoon over a pot to stop it from boiling over or leaving the pot half covered. That was the first one I leant at least, it was just like a default move I leant each time I come in and see a pot boiling over and spilling contents. We are also familiar with soaking clothes few minutes before washing, a great way to get rid of stains and to use less energy in the actual washing. There are just a lot of them that we can't keep going over one after another. The things is, these are little tricks that can come in handy when you're on and about your daily activities. I didn't realize we had a word for them unless you know, the internet came on, exposing us to a whole new level of making life easier.

I'm a total lover of hacks. Anything technique that can make me get something done faster, smarter and easier, you will see me there. Shortcuts are just lifesavers. Each time I'm online probably scrolling around and I stumble over something like "in this video, you're going to learn 5 easy hacks on how to become a millionaire in 10 minutes", I'm already very interested like, ehen go on, go on...

Except there are no 5 easy ways of becoming a millionaire in 10 minutes

I've gotten quite a handful of hacks online. One of the very first ones includes turning on flight mode for fast charging on your phone. Getting rid of stubborn stain on your dresses with vinegar and baking soda. It works like magic, except the stains are specially sent by your village people. Running dish soap and water in a blender to clean it up real fast. My favorite type of hacks are the DIYs and the dress hacks. You mean I can turn just a simple scarf to an outdoor wear and all the rest of them?. It's amazing how creative I can go now with my dresses. Turning old jeans to school bag or a mini purse or whatever of that nature. Inspiring

There are special handles online dedicated for just crafts and life hacks. I have ones I've been following for years now and you might know them too. Just go Facebook and search for 'Blossom' or 5-minute Crafts. You can also find them across all platforms, depending on the ones you use.

With the internet making life easier now, there's always something to learn whenever you go online. You never what it might be, but trust me there's a ton of information out there and you don't even have to stress about it. With your phone at the your reach, you're good to go. That is one thing that makes us unlimited in this age. Gone are the days when things like, the inability to make good meals was such a big deal. You're a lady and you don't know how to cook? Absolutely ridiculous! But here we are, tell me a recipe you can't find on YouTube, I'll wait.

The information on the internet is way beyond what we can even imagine. A lot of people are what they are today, successful and leading satisfying lives because of what they learnt online. Someone learnt how to make pastries for the first time and kept practicing and now she's a very well-meaning entrepreneur just doing what she loves. Don't ask about me, the first time I roasted groundnuts, it was a burnt offering .My neighbor saw it and was like "did you learn how to do this from YouTube?"

Cries in overwhelming shame

Anyways, thank you for sticking till the end of this post. At least you've been nice enough for the whole of today. I'll keep trying to get the perfectly roasted groundnuts and the day I get it, it'll be over for everybody.

See ya next time!

It was interesting reading your post. It is imperative especially for one as a Nigerian to know one or two DIY hacks, even you don't know that's what they are called. 😂

I could relate to the DIY hacks of leaving the pot half opened when the contents spill out when it is boiling. And I am sure there are many DIY hacks that I do, but I don't know they are hacks.

Thank you for sharing!

And I am sure there are many DIY hacks that I do, but I don't know they are hacks.

Same here. During the course of writing this post, I suddenly forgot all of them like I didn't know anything. I had to really think to remember the few I mentioned. Hacks totally make things easier for us when we are working and in our daily lives. Thanks for reading.
