Hola, comunidad, espero que estén muy bien deseándole a todos éxitos en sus proyectos.
Una vez más me siento agradecida con Dios y con Hive por darme la oportunidad de compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de mi proyecto Iniciativa Cristiana Dios es Mi Refugio, un proyecto hermoso en el cual estoy trabajando desde hace un mes y medio. El día de hoy les presento los nuevos avances y un adelanto de mi próxima lista de trabajo.
Siguiendo la lista de mis primeros pasos, les presento mis nuevos avances:

Una de mis preocupaciones era elegir un grupo de personas idóneas para realizar este trabajo solidario. Luego de conversar con varias personas y seguir los consejos y asesorías, le hice una invitación a un grupo de personas que encajan perfectamente en cada área de este proyecto. Esta semana completé las dos vacantes que faltaban integrando al equipo a Dos Damas: Yolimar e Ingrid, dos mujeres dedicadas al servicio y dispuestas a colaborar con la Iniciativa, logrando conformar un grupo de siete. Ahora sí puedo empezar a moldear el proyecto objetivo #4 de mi lista de primeros pasos: 👉 Áreas de trabajo.
Con la ayuda de mi equipo he comenzado a desarrollar un plan de trabajo para la distribución de las ayudas, todo este plan permitira llevar un control . Después de llegar a un acuerdo con mi equipo la labor estara dividida por etapas ya que dentro del proyecto se encuentra la promoción de Hive a la Comunidad y la Creación de un espacio de trabajo para que las familias beneficiadas con el programa solidario tengan acceso a la Comunidad Hive en los proximos post estaré mostrando más detalles de este paso a paso de la Iniciativa Cristiana Dios es mi Refugio.

One of my concerns was to choose a group of suitable people to carry out this solidarity work. After talking to several people and following their advice and counsel, I invited a group of people who fit perfectly in each area of this project. This week I completed the two vacancies that were missing, integrating two ladies to the team: Yolimar and Ingrid, two women dedicated to service and willing to collaborate with the Initiative, making a group of seven. Now I can really start to shape the project goal #4 on my list of first steps: 👉 Areas of work.
With the help of my team, I have started to develop a work plan for the distribution of grants. This plan will allow me to keep control. After reaching an agreement with my team, the work will be divided by stages, since within the project is the promotion of Hive to the Community and the creation of a workspace for the family benefited with the solidarity program to have access to the Hive Community in the next post I will be showing more details of this step by step of the Christian Initiative God is my Refuge.
Work plan: In social work, order is important. A work program helps to maintain focus on each project.

Areas de Trabajo
La Iniciativa Cristiana Dios es mi Refugio tiene como objetivo dirigir donaciones para brindar ayudas solidarias a personas que están en condición vulnerable, principalmente en el tema de la alimentación y salud.
Nuestro proyecto se desarrollará en Maturín, que es un Municipio del estado Monagas de Venezuela. Este es un proyecto pionero que integra a la web 3, la solidaridad y la Fe Cristiana, un proyecto que nace de la necesidad ante la realidad de un país donde la injusticia es parte de la política.

A donde irán las Donaciones
👉Hospital Universitario "Dr. Manuel Núñez Tovar"
Maturín:
Hay una realidad que forma parte de la estadía de los pacientes de este reconocido hospital y es la decadencia en sus servicios, estructuras, la falta de suministros médicos y Comodidad para los familiares de los pacientes.
Esta fue una de las principales propuestas de mi equipo: llevar donaciones de alimentos y ayudas a los pacientes y familiares que no cuentan con el recurso económico para cubrir los gastos de comida y medicamentos. Este Hospital, al brindar un servicio público y ser el principal y más grande centro asistencial, Monagas, alberga gran cantidad de personas de varios municipios que viajan para buscar solución a sus problemas de salud y no cuenta con acceso a agua, comida hasta pasajes para devolverse a sus poblaciones.
Brindar una pequeña ayuda a estas personas será de gran ayuda, los casos de este tipo son diarios en este hospital. Saber que podemos aportar nuestro grano de arena es muy satisfactorio para mí y para aquellos que están dispuestos a ayudar al prójimo.
Areas of Work
The Christian Initiative God is my Refuge aims to direct donations to provide solidarity aid to people who are in vulnerable conditions, mainly in the areas of food and health. Our project will be developed in Maturin, which is a municipality in the state of Monagas in Venezuela. This is a pioneer project that integrates web 3, solidarity and Christian faith, a project born from the need to face the reality of a country where injustice is part of the policy.
Where the Donations will go
👉University Hospital "Dr. Manuel Núñez Tovar" Maturín:
There is a reality that is part of the stay of patients in this renowned hospital and is the decay in their services, structures, lack of medical supplies and comfort for patients' families. This was one of the main proposals of my team: to bring donations of food and aid to patients and families who do not have the financial resources to cover the cost of food and medicine. This Hospital, as it provides a public service and is the main and largest health care center in Monagas, is home to a large number of people from various municipalities who travel to seek solutions to their health problems and do not have access to water, food or even tickets to return to their hometowns.
Providing a little help to these people will be of great help, cases of this type are a daily occurrence in this hospital. Knowing that we can contribute our grain of sand is very satisfying for me and for those who are willing to help others.

El Mangozal de la puente es un barrio ubicado en Maturín que posee una extensa población donde es notable la presencia de familias de escasos recursos y la falta de apoyo de los Entes Gubernamentales.
Para empezar nuestro proyecto en esta zona estaremos llevando primeramente un censo social para recopilar información de las familias vulnerables y de esta forma garantizar que las donaciones lleguen a las personas correctas.
Esta información permitirá al equipo llevar un seguimiento a las familias y distribuir el trabajo de acuerdo con la estructura en la que estamos trabajando.
Este proyecto es el primero en llegar a esta zona con la finalidad de ayudar a las familias vulnerables, una ayuda que planeamos extender por los próximos 6 meses a fin de lograr cada objetivo.
El Mangozal de la Puente is a neighborhood located in Maturin that has a large population where the presence of low-income families and the lack of support from governmental agencies is notable. To start our project in this area we will first be conducting a social census to collect information on vulnerable families and thus ensure that donations reach the right people.
This information will allow the team to follow up with the families and distribute the work according to the structure we are working on. This project is the first to reach this area in order to help vulnerable families, a help that we plan to extend for the next 6 months in order to achieve each objective.
❤️Todavía falta Camino por Recorrer
Este hermoso proyecto está extendiendo sus alas y la receptividad de las personas ha sido maravillosa. Todos estos avances me indican que voy por el camino correcto y sé que con la ayuda de Dios todo es posible.
Todas estas semanas las buenas noticias son mi alegría. Con el trabajo que se está realizando cada día, se anexan más personas dispuestas a ayudar. El día de ayer, contacté con dos jóvenes estudiantes de las carreras de Administración de empresas y Gerencias de recursos Humanos que están dispuestos a brindar su apoyo. Todo va marchando bien.
Las ayudas van en aumento, eso es increíble. He alcanzado el paso 4 de mi lista de primeros pasos, aunque falta mucho camino por recorrer.
This beautiful project is spreading its wings and the receptivity of the people has been wonderful. All these advances indicate to me that I am on the right path and I know that with God's help everything is possible. Every week the good news is my joy. With the work that is being done every day, more and more people are willing to help. Yesterday, I contacted two young students of Business Administration and Human Resources Management who are willing to give their support, and everything is going well. Everything is going well, the help is increasing, that's incredible. I have reached step 4 in my list of first steps, although there is still a long way to go.
