Leadership is source and influence not position. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way to others following. And it is innovation that distinguishes between a leader and follower. To handle yourself, use your head, to handle others use your hearts. The piece of greatness is RESPONSIBILITY.

Be responsible for those that are under you cares, create with the heart and build with the mind.
If you think you are leading, when nobody is following you, then you are merely talking a walk!
