Primer Entrenamiento de la semana [ESP | ENG]
Hola amigos de #SWC y de Hive, en la oportunidad del día de ayer, realice mi primera rutina de la semana, en esta ocasión toco una rutina bastante breve de pectoral. Tengo que admitir que antes de empezar mi rutina, estaba bastante decaído, no tenia ganas de nada, ni animo de entrenar. E incluso me llego el pensamiento intrusivo de simplemente quedarme acostado. Pero cuando la meta y los objetivos son claros, eso mata la pereza. Asi que no tuve opción y empecé a realizar una rutina básica, de acuerdo a mi nivel de pecho, realizando ejercicios básicos como flexiones normales, realizando 4 series a 20 repeticiones, flexiones diamantes, haciendo 4 series a 15 repeticiones, decidí incluir un ejercicio que tenía muchísimo tiempo sin hacer, que son las flexiones explosivas, realizando 3 series entre un rango de 8-10 repeticiones. Y por último, por primera vez nuevamente, tocamos un ejercicio para la planche, me veía bastante cómodo con el hombro, ciertamente la postura no era la mejor, pero para tener muchísimos meses sin saber que era hacer una lean planche, creo que estuvo bien, en este aguante realice 4 series entre 15-20 segundos. Espero con ansias poder recuperarme, y pronto poder volver a realizar rutinas un poco mas complejas, y ver el cambio tan notorio. Mientras tanto, no me queda de mas que de disfrutar el proceso. But when the goal and objectives are clear, it kills the laziness. So I had no choice and started to perform a basic routine, according to my chest level, performing basic exercises such as normal push-ups, performing 4 sets at 20 repetitions, diamond push-ups, performing 4 sets at 15 repetitions, I decided to include an exercise that I had a long time without doing, which are the explosive push-ups, performing 3 sets between a range of 8-10 repetitions. And finally, for the first time again, we played an exercise for the planche, I looked quite comfortable with the shoulder, certainly the posture was not the best, but to have many months without knowing what it was to do a lean planche, I think it was good, in this hold perform 4 sets between 15-20 seconds. I look forward to recovering, and soon to be able to return to more complex routines, and see the noticeable change. In the meantime, I can only enjoy the process.
