Positive mid-week thoughts🔥
Cada día que pasa me siento mejor conmigo misma, retomar el gimnasio fue una de las mejores decisiones que he podido tomar, a pesar de que salgo igual de tarde que antes. El ejercicio físico ha mejorado mucho mi vida, quizás no desde el punto vista estético (aún), pero si puedo dormir mejor, siento que tengo más fuerza, más apetito, entre otras cosas, a pesar de que la fátiga en ocasiones no se va y siento que ya es algo más que hay en mí, quizás hormonal.
Ahora estoy en un punto de mi vida, donde siento que estoy vibrando alto, estoy logrando muchas cosas buenas y positivas para mi vida, y estoy feliz por ello, quizás me anime a darme un cambio de look, quién sabe.
Every day that passes I feel better about myself, going back to the gym was one of the best decisions I could have made, even though I go out just as late as before. Physical exercise has improved my life a lot, maybe not from an aesthetic point of view (yet), but I can sleep better, I feel I have more strength, more appetite, among other things, although the fatigue sometimes does not go away and I feel that it is something else in me, maybe hormonal.
Now I am at a point in my life, where I feel that I am vibrating high, I am achieving many good and positive things for my life, and I am happy about it, maybe I will be encouraged to give me a makeover, who knows.
