Helloooouda! Ya sé que estaba un poquito desaparecida, pero es que en estas fechas es inevitable no compartir en familia, salir de la básica rutina laboral y darle un cálido espacio a nuestro hogar. En mí país Venezuela todos los 24 de diciembre nos preparamos muy bien para celebrar en familia, cenar, contar anécdotas mientras va pasando la noche. Viendo a los más pequeños de la casa divertirse con los fuegos artificiales y los regalos que Santa Claus les trajo.
Helloooouda! I know I was a little bit missing, but during these dates it's inevitable not to share with family, get out of the basic work routine and give a warm space to our home. In my country, Venezuela, every December 24th we prepare ourselves very well to celebrate with the family, have dinner, tell anecdotes as the night goes by. Watching the little ones of the house having fun with the fireworks and the gifts that Santa Claus brought them.
Lo que más me gusta de navidad es la típica comida, hallacas, ensalada de gallina, pan de jamón y pernil de cochino. Después que me como una hallaca es casi que imposible no repetir. Y, un detalle que es medio polémico en mi país, son las personas que le ponen por encima de la hallaca mayonesa, debo confesar, soy una de esas. Es un manjar exquisito. Definitivamente, amo la comida Venezolana, luego les haré un post, hablando sobre la comida venezolana para que conozcan la gastronomía tan distinguida y refinada que tiene mi país.
What I like most about Christmas is the typical food, hallacas, chicken salad, ham bread and pork leg. After I eat a hallaca it is almost impossible not to repeat. And, a detail that is somewhat controversial in my country, are the people who put mayonnaise on top of the hallaca, I must confess, I am one of those. It is an exquisite delicacy. Definitely, I love Venezuelan food, I will make a post later, talking about Venezuelan food so that you know the distinguished and refined gastronomy that my country has.
Este año mi familia aparte del plato navideño, decidimos hacer una parrillada el 24, demasiado rico, lo mejor de todo fue compartir en familia y pasar una noche buena formidable.
This year my family, apart from the Christmas dish, decided to have a barbecue on the 24th, very tasty, the best of all was to share with the family and have a wonderful Christmas Eve.
