Hello everyone! Today I share with you this artwork about the famous singer Olivia Rodrigo. It is a mixed media artwork, besides drawing I added collage, I really like the collage technique I feel it is very versatile.

I started this drawing by making a grid with 5x5 centimeters squares to make the sketch and have better proportion of the face and body.

Hola a todos!! Hoy les comparto esta obra acerca de la famosa cantante Olivia Rodrigo. Es una obra de técnica mixta, además de dibujar le añadí collage, me gusta mucho la técnica del collage siento que es muy versátil.
Aquí pueden ver algunas fotos del proceso:
Inicié este dibujo haciendo una cuadricula con cuadros de 5x5 centímetros para hacer el boceto y tener mejor proporción del rostro y el cuerpo.
Usually in all my drawings I start drawing the eyes. To make the pupil I used a 6B pencil, as well as the darker shadows and the eyelashes. With a 4B and HB pencil I drew the eyebrows and the rest of the skin or shadows that were not so intense.
Por lo general en todos mis dibujos empiezo dibujando los ojos. Para hacer la pupila utilicé un lápiz 6B, así mismo como las sombras más oscuras y las pestañas. Con un lápiz 4B y HB dibujé las cejas y el resto de la piel o sombras que no fuesen tan intensas.
For the lips I used the 4B pencil and with a white gel pencil I made glitters on the upper lip and on the eyes. I also shaded a bit the skin on the face.
Para los labios usé el lápiz 4B y con un lápiz de gel blanco hice brillos en el labio superior y en los ojos. Además sombreé un poco la piel de la cara.
I continued drawing the skin and making small shadows, like on the fingers and the neck.
Seguí dibujando la piel y haciendo pequeñas sombras, como en los dedos y el cuello.
To draw the hair I used the 6B pencil and a bit of black crayon where I wanted to give more darkness, I was giving strokes to give the appearance of strands of hair and leaving some highlights to give it a more natural look.
Para dibujar el cabello utilicé el lápiz 6B y un poco de creyón negro en donde quería más oscuridad, fui dando trazos para dar el aspecto de mechones de cabello y dejando luces para darle un aspecto más natural.
It was really a challenge to paint all the hair, especially the waves. I really liked the result, it looks quite natural.
Realmente fue un reto pintar el cabello, especialmente las ondas. Me gustó el resultado, se ve bastante natural.
As I was drawing I thought, why not draw the stickers in color. At first I wasn't so sure if it would look good, and I was really surprised with the result.
Mientras dibujaba pensé, por qué no dibujar los stickers a color. Al principio no estaba tan segura, si se vería bien pero me sorprendió el resultado.
I really loved the contrast the colored stickers give with the gray tones of the drawing.
En serio amé el contraste que dan los stickers a color con los tonos grises del dibujo.
As a final detail, I added a not too intense blue background, and I also added the singer's name with newspaper letters.
Como detalle final, le hice un fondo azul no muy intenso, además de agregarle el nombre de la cantante con letras de papel periódico.

No se quien es la chica, pero te quedo muy bien el retrato. Las cosas en la cara no me gustan mucho, pero igual esta bien hecho 👍
