A Negrito with Cinnamon in Traditional Casting [Eng/Esp]

I don't know if you think the same, but there are days when we don't feel like leaving our homes or the comforts that it offers us; in other words, we feel so lazy that even going to a place to drink our elixir that is coffee is a little tedious. For this reason, I looked for a practical and somewhat traditional solution, where I can have my comforts and above all drink my precious coffee. And you may ask, what is this solution? Well, as you can imagine, it is to make the coffee ourselves and at home.
Days ago I wanted to go to a coffee shop, but it turns out that the mood I had was not the best, I started to think and I realized that everything I needed was at my disposal, making in a simple and practical way my coffee with a touch of cinnamon, enhancing all the characteristic flavors of coffee. Therefore, here I show you the elaboration process of the coffee that I prepared and that, believe it or not, lifted my spirits.
Ingredients
- Coffee
- Sugar
- One cup of water
- Cinnamon powder
Step 1. To begin, take a container and add a cup of water, although this depends on the amount of coffee you want to make. Once this is done, we put our water to boil. I do it this way, because I feel that the flavor and aroma of the cinnamon intensifies if I put it to boil together with the water.
Step 2. In our traditional coffee strainer, we incorporate the coffee and sugar. It is to the taste of the person, since many people like their coffee less sweet or more pure. Besides this, our favorite coffee is the one called Flor de Arauca, its flavor is exquisite.
Step 3. When the water is already boiling, we are going to pour it in the strainer, together with the sugar and coffee, so that it distills the coffee we want. Now with this, we can serve the coffee we have prepared in a cup. I add a touch more cinnamon, to enjoy the coffee much more.
As you could see, it is very easy and quick to prepare a traditional coffee in the comfort of our homes, as I had a package of chocolate cookies saved, I put them to accompany this rich drink, the combination is very tasty. With pleasure and delirium I drank my hot beverage, where I could realize the increase of strength and spirit that it injected me. No se si piensan lo mismo, pero hay días donde no dan ganas de salir de nuestros hogares o de las comodidades que este nos ofrece; en otras palabras, nos da un poco de flojera, que hasta ir a un local para tomarnos nuestro elixir que es el café, es algo un poco tedioso. Por ello, busqué una solución práctica y algo tradicional, donde pueda tener mis comodidades y sobretodo tomarme mi preciado café. Y se preguntarán, ¿Qué solución es esa?, bueno como se lo pueden imaginar es realizar el café nosotros mismos y en nuestro hogar.
Hace días quería ir a una cafetería, pero resulta que los ánimos que tenía no eran los mejores, me puse a pensar y me di cuenta que todo lo que necesitaba estaba a mi disposición, realizando de manera sencilla y práctica mi cafecito con un toque de canela, potenciando todos los sabores característicos del café. Por ende, aquí les muestro el proceso de elaboración del café que preparé y que aunque no lo crean, me subió los ánimos.
Ingredientes
- café
- azúcar
- una taza de agua
- Canela en polvo
Paso 1. Para comenzar, se debe tomar un recipiente y agregarle una taza de agua, aunque eso depende de la cantidad de café que quieren hacer. Al culminar esto, ya ponemos nuestra agua a hervir. Mientras esto sucede integramos la canela en polvo al agua, yo lo hago así, porque siento que el sabor y aroma de la canela se intensifica si la pongo a hervir junto al agua.
Paso 2. En nuestro colador tradicional de café, vamos incorporando el café y el azúcar. Es al gusto de la persona, ya que a muchos les gusta menos dulce o más puro el café. Además de esto, nuestro café favorito es el llamado flor de Arauca, su sabor es exquisito.
Paso 3. Cuando ya el agua esté hirviendo, vamos a verter en el colador, junto con el azúcar y café, para que este vaya destilando el café que queremos. Ya con esto, podemos servir el café que preparamos en una taza. Yo agrego un toque más de canela, para disfrutar mucho más del café.
Como pudieron evidenciar, es muy fácil y rápido preparar un café tradicional en la comodidad de nuestros hogares, como tenía un paquete de galletas de chocolate guardadas, las coloqué para acompañar este rica bebida, la combinación es muy sabrosa. Con gusto y delirio me tomé mi bebida caliente, donde me pude dar cuenta el incremento de fuerza y ánimo que me inyectó.
