POBphotocontest New Round: Lines

We've had a mixture of inclement weather recently. Living in the UK, that's nothing unusual! I really like misty mornings. We have a lot of stone walls in my county and they form attractive lines across the fields.

The stone walls are to keep livestock in or to set boundaries. They are also home to all sorts of insects, shelter to animals and some birds will nest and feed in them. I think the old walls and the lines on the road complement each other, the old and the new.

A few weeks ago, it snowed quite heavily in my area. I love snow so I had to go for a walk through the fields. It's always so picturesque even down to the snow on the wire.
