Supposed to be Beautiful Sunday + Sublime Sunday, ended up starting with a BANG
A friend just experienced a BANG two days ago. He got into his Grab and before his journey started, it ended. A lorry banged into his Grab. Luckily the car took the hit not the people.
And then this afternoon it's my turn. Me, my husband and Halley were on our way to pick up Ryenne and Vinnie. They followed their grandma to attend a church event.
We were at the road right before the main road. Waiting for the traffic light to turn green. Out of nowhere this car came out from the small junction beside our road. I totally have no idea what happen. I was looking at my messages on phone when it happened.
The car bang into the tyre, the front tyre at the passenger side, yup, that's where I was sitting. Luckily our car is higher and bigger than the car that hit us. Everyone of us in the car were fine. But then I was super shock and shivering for a while.
Our car took all the damage... The cover and the lamp was broken apart. But the tyre is fine.
Here's the other car... Also the car took the damage. The guys inside were fine. I guessed just as shock as me. They came out from the car dealer shop. Maybe test driving the car.
My husband asked me and Halley to be in the car. And he went out to talk to the guys. A few of them came out from the car dealer shop, taking photos too.
This was the road where it happened... So our Sunday journey ended before it started. We went home and my husband went to the police station to make a report. It's a Sunday and it's a public holiday too... So things gonna be slow... Hope the insurance and repair can be done soon...
Lucky thing is nobody is hurt... So I guess when bad things happen, the good things are not far away now...
Wish everyone have a great Sunday and an awesome week ahead...❤️❤️❤️
Happy Sunday!

What a sad thing. Hope everyone is safe. Bad way for the guy to go for a test drive.
Makes me think he shouldn't be driving in the first place.
Maybe, or maybe just really pure bad luck. Too excited in getting a car ended up 乐极生悲😅
Glad nobody got hurt! I never experienced a car crash myself but I can almost feel the shock when I think about it. Hope the insurance will pay all of it!
Yup, definitely insurance will be paying for this but not sure whose insurance. So just waiting for the investigation to be completed and the claiming process to begin. Really lucky that nobody was hurt in this bang.
I know that feeling, back in April a BMW drove straight out of a side road into the side of my tiny little Toyota RAV4 - didn't seem me apparently 0_o
Top marks to Toyota other then a bang which was a bit shocking I was fine, he was OK but my Toyota did eat the entire front of his BMW - in fact bits of it were still sticking out of my passenger door seam. All sorted by his insurance because he drove into the side of me, but took six weeks to repair!
Anyway good you were all fine after the incident - damage to machines can be easily fixed - but to people it is much much harder. Stay safe.
OMG, that was a nasty hit. Looking at this hit, how can he not see you and your car in front and just drove right into you. Totally agree with what you said, damage to machines can be easily fixed, just need to take some time. But harder if it's people got hurt. Luckily you were fine too.
Stay safe
Thank you. We are all good.
