STI Symptoms You Cannot Overlook

(Edited)

If you love coitus a lot, I mean the business of exchanging bodily fluids from mouth, skin, and even genitals, then I have good news for you. Just read and pay attention because this post is for you.

Have you heard about sexually transmitted infections? It is not like those infections just infect people like malaria or that friend of yours that just comes to say hi, it requires what I mentioned at the beginning, I think you know what I mean. But that is not the gospel I am here to preach to you, I am here to preach the gospel of how you can know that you have contracted a sexually transmitted disease.

Because you had a symptom of STI and it goes away after a while doesn't mean that the disease has disappeared, rather it might be that the disease has climbed a new phase. So before you start to think that your health problem has gone, go to the hospital when you notice any of these signs.

A burning sensation when urinating is one major symptom. Let me state very clearly that experiencing a burning sensation while urinating isn't a result of eating spicy food because your kidneys do not eliminate urine from your bladder, they only eliminate excess water. When you are experiencing a burning sensation, it is a sign of an STI such as Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. People who find it difficult to understand they are experiencing a sign of sexually transmitted infection can overlook it and it can lead to stripture and infertility later in life.

Aside burning sensation, people with sexually transmitted diseases can experience strange discharge from the genital. So many people think that this is only associated with females but it can be both males and females being vaginal discharge in females and penile discharge in males. Females have a normal type of discharge but when the discharge starts to take different colors from milky white to red or black, then there is a problem. That is not the only time when there is a problem, If the vagina starts to smell funny then you need to visit the doctor for a HIGH VAGINAL SWAB to know the exact problem and start to find a solution.

Itches, Rashes, and Bumps are associated with diseases like herpes, HPV, and syphilis. The worrying thing about these diseases is that they cause several other things like HPV in women which has over 100 types that can cause other types of diseases and conditions such as HPV 1 (foot wart), HPV 45, 16, 31, and 18 (Cervical cancer), HPV 6, and 11 (genital warts), and so on.

Another symptom of STI is pain during sex and it can also be a sign of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and this can be a major cause of infertility later in life. If you have any type of pain, please visit your doctor. Also, if you start to feel fatigue, tiredness, and fever, it is not a sign of malaria, it can be a sign of HIV, showing itself so you should visit the hospital as soon as possible.

The last thing I want to talk about is people who do not have any type of symptoms but are going about with STI ready to give anyone willing to collect. At this point, regular testing is needed to save the lives of both you and your partner. You would see that I did not mention partners instead I mentioned partner because one partner is the best way to stay safe from STI but if you have to play sexual games, then use protection, stay informed, and if you are about to get into a new relationship, never be shy to ask about their health status because it is important for both them and yourself.
