Venezuelan flavor: strawberry dessert 🍓 (ENG-ESP)

Hi friends lovers of cooking and delicious food 🤤.

I want to tell you about one of my gastronomic stops of my vacation 💕 as I told you, I am in the Venezuelan Andes, specifically in Merida. This state, is characterized by the great variety of sweets and the delicious strawberries with cream that in fact was the first stop on this route.

I was visiting "La casa de las fresas" 🍓 when you enter the first thing you find are strawberries everywhere and of course a great variety of typical sweets. In our case, we were going to taste some strawberries. But we found a very cozy place, with a terrace where you could appreciate a beautiful view of the mountains.

After touring the place, we were ready to order, the truth is that the place is quite touristic so we had to wait in a small line to pay and another one to pick up our order. The experience was great, because we could see how they were preparing our glass with cream, strawberry syrup, then strawberries, condensed milk, more cream and strawberries.

My honest opinion is that they were finger-licking good, we didn't particularly want to eat too much, because there are so many curves that accompany this trip and we didn't want a stomach accident to happen on the way 🤣.

But definitely, that place is a must stop if you want to tour the tourist sites in the state Mérida🏔️

Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y la deliciosa comida 🤤

Quiero contarles una de mis paradas gastronómicas de mis vacaciones 💕 como les he contado, estoy en los andes venezolanos, específicamente en Mérida. Este estado, se caracteriza por la gran variedad de dulces y las deliciosas fresas con crema que de hecho fue la primera parada en esta ruta.

Estuve visitando "La casa de las fresas" 🍓 al entrar lo primero que te encuentras son fresas por todos lados y por supuesto una gran variedad de dulces típicos. En nuestro caso, íbamos a degustar unas fresas. Pero nos encontramos con un lugar bastante acogedor, con una terraza en el se podía apreciar una preciosa vista a la Montaña.

Luego de recorrer el lugar, estuvimos listos para pedir, la verdad es que el sitio es bastante turístico así que tocó hacer una pequeña fila para pagar y otra para retirar nuestro pedido. La experiencia fue genial, porque veíamos como iban armando nuestro vaso con crema, almíbar de fresas, luego fresas, leche condensada, más crema y fresas.

Mi opinión más honesta, es que estaban para chuparse los dedos, particularmente no quisimos comer demás, porque son muchísimas las curvas que acompañan este viaje y no queríamos que ocurriera un accidente estomacal por el camino 🤣

Pero definitivamente, ese lugar es una parada obligatoria si desean recorrer los sitios turísticos en el estado Mérida🏔️
