Delicious mountain food ⭐ (ENG-ESP)

Hi friends who love cooking and delicious food ⭐.

For these days of tourism, I have taken the opportunity to eat some of my favorite dishes and also in my region are prepared delicious.

On our trip to Cubiro we made a mandatory stop to eat cachapas with hand cheese, it was a little after 2pm and we were starving 😂 so we stopped at the restaurant "Sazón de mi negra" which has become our favorite place to eat when we return to the hills of Cubiro, because besides having good prices the taste in their food is delicious.

We ordered our cachapas and while we waited we ordered the traditional jojoto (corn with butter) it was super hot but with its salty flavor that I love. After a few minutes our cachapa arrived, what I like most about these cachapas is that the corn is tender and that gives a particular consistency to the cachapa that in combination with the cheese makes the perfect match.

Besides being a moment to share with the family, it was the moment to delight ourselves with the popular Cubiro's cachapas. Particularly, I always come back for the cachapas 😂❤️

Por estos días de turismo, he aprovechado para comer algunos de mis platillos favoritos y que además en mi región se preparan riquísimas.

En nuestro viaje a cubiro hicimos una parada obligatoria para comer cachapas con queso de mano, era un poco más de las 2pm y moriamos de hambre 😂 así que nos paramos en el restaurante "Sazón de mi negra" que se ha vuelto nuestro lugar favorito para comer cuando regresamos a las lomas de Cubiro, porque además de tener buenos precios el sabor en su comida es riquísimo.

Pedimos nuestras cachapas y mientras esperamos pedimos el tradicional jojoto (maíz con mantequilla) estaba súper caliente pero con su sabor saladito que me encanta. Luego de unos minutos llegó nuestra cachapa, lo que más me gusta de estas cachapas es que el maíz es tierno y eso le da un consistencia particular a la cachapa que en combinación con el queso hacen la match perfecto.

Además de ser un momento para compartir en familia, fue el momento para deleitarnos con la populares cachapas de Cubiro. Particularmente, siempre vuelvo por las cachapas 😂❤️
