DEGUSTANDO| Mega Empanadas en Rancho Brandt🍽️🤤 (ESP-ENG)

Hola amigos antes de la cocina y de la deliciosa comida 🥰🤤

Han pasado solo 8 días de enero y siento que ha sido más porque he comido delicioso y he visitado lugares nuevos.

Entre los lugares visitados, estuvimos hasta hace un par de días en Barinas en casa de mi suegra y también visitando a la familia de mi esposo. Tenía un antojo de empanadas que debía ser satisfecha antes de regresar a Barquisimeto y es que mis cuñadas reabrieron el restaurant familiar en la posada de mi suegro llamada "Rancho Brandt" ubicada en el centro de Barinitas.

El restaurant tiene un mes desde su reapertura, y aunque no está funcionando en su totalidad por cuestión de costos, iniciaron realizando desayunos deleitando los paladares de los bariniteños con sus empanadas especiales.

Abren desde muy temprano, desde las 6:30 AM ya comienzan a recibir clientes, porque tienen muy cerca algunos laboratorios médicos y el hospital. Nosotros que aunque estábamos hospedados en la posada nos despertamos un poco tarde dejamos apartadas 2 empanadas 🤤 para mí fue una empanada de pollo especial y para Wil una de mechada especial.

¿Empanada especial? Sí, ella le colocaron ese nombre porque no solo tiene carne o pollo sino que también le agregan salchicha y queso. Cuando despertamos ese día por supuesto las empanadas estaban esperándonos, mi sorpresa fue el tamaño 😂😂 aunque mi cuñada ya me había comentado que estaban reabriendo el sitio no me había mostrado la magnitud de la empanada.

Y creo que fue lo mejor porque fue una deliciosa sorpresa, porque lo que he visto este tipo de empanadas se ha vuelto bastante popular aunque para mí es la primera vez comiendo una de esas. Mi experiencia del sabor fue 10/10 ⭐ principalmente porque tenía hambre jajaja y la segunda porque realmente estaban muy buenas.

Cómo lambucia que se respeta, también le dí una mordida a la de carne y luego terminamos pidiendo otra que por suerte quedaba 🥹 algo importante de esta mega empanada es que solo cuesta 1.5$ cada una, nosotros gastamos 4.5$ y el café iba por la casa.

¿Ustedes se comerían una de esas? Yo me comí casi 2 😂😂 lo más rico es que tiene relleno de punta a punta.

It's been only 8 days of January and I feel like it's been more because I've eaten delicious and visited new places.

Among the places visited, we were until a couple of days ago in Barinas at my mother-in-law's house and also visiting my husband's family. I had a craving for empanadas that had to be satisfied before returning to Barquisimeto and my sisters-in-law reopened the family restaurant in my father-in-law's inn called "Rancho Brandt" located in downtown Barinitas.

The restaurant has been open for a month since its reopening, and although it is not fully operational due to cost issues, they started making breakfasts delighting the palates of the Bariniteños with their special empanadas.

They open very early, from 6:30 AM and begin to receive customers, because they are very close to some medical laboratories and the hospital. Even though we were staying at the posada we woke up a little late, we left 2 empanadas aside 🤤 for me it was a special chicken empanada and for Wil a special mechada empanada.

Special empanada? Yes, she put that name on it because it not only has meat or chicken but they also add sausage and cheese. When we woke up that day of course the empanadas were waiting for us, my surprise was the size 😂😂 although my sister-in-law had already told me that they were reopening the place she had not shown me the size of the empanada.

And I think it was the best because it was a delicious surprise, because what I've seen this kind of empanadas has become quite popular although for me it's the first time eating one of those. My taste experience was 10/10 ⭐ mainly because I was hungry hahaha and the second because they were really really good.

As a self-respecting lambucia, I also took a bite of the meat one and then we ended up ordering another one that luckily was left 🥹 something important about this mega empanada is that it only costs 1.5$ each, we spent 4.5$ and the coffee was on the house.
