Christmas dinner 🎄🧑‍🎄 (ENG-ESP)

Hi dear friends lovers of food and delicious food 🤤🎄.

For these dates the rich Christmas food in is what has reigned at the table in our house 🏡 a few days ago we prepared hallacas with our family recta, @eliudgnzlz was in charge of the maceration of the pernil and we had everything partially prepared a day before for our Christmas dinner.

The day of Christmas Eve we always eat late at night, we baked the pernil almost all afternoon and my grandmother helped us prepare the salad, we prefer to accompany it with chicken salad with potatoes, carrots and mayonnaise. Later in the evening, we put the hallacas in hot water to heat up so that the food will be warm when we all sit down at the table.

I am one of those who takes the longest to get ready, but this year I decided to be ready before and I did it 😂 I helped set the table and cut the strings and take the hallacas out of the leaves. My brother, arranged the dishes and served the food, at the end we were sharing as a family our Christmas dish. The pernil, chicken salad and hallaca were the protagonists at our table.

The moment of the photos are always complicated, because everyone is hungry 😂😂 mainly my dad who already has his mouth full in all the shots I took, as soon as we finish the thanksgiving prayer he is the first to take the first bite and I am the last to finish my plate and although it was very tasty I couldn't eat more, I was full and here is where @wbrandt hace does his thing and helps me with what is left on the plate (he always does it)😂😂

The pernil, hallacas and ensalada made a perfect combination, although it's very heavy for a dinner on any given day that night we stayed up late waiting to open Christmas presents🎄 so there was plenty of time to digest.

I particularly love to eat rich 🤤🤤 and these dates are a delight for me, and then I will continue telling you about other places of delicious food.

Hola queridos amigos amantes de la comida y de la deliciosa comida 🤤🎄

Por estas fechas la comida rica navideña en es lo que lo que ha reinado en la mesa de nuestra casa 🏡 hace unos días preparamos hallacas con nuestra recta familiar, @eliudgnzlz se encargó del macerado del pernil y teníamos todo parcialmente preparado un día antes para nuestra cena de Navidad.

El día de las vísperas de navidad siempre comemos tarde en la noche, horneamos el pernil casi toda la tarde y mi abuela nos ayudó a preparar la ensalada, nosotros preferimos acompañar con ensalada de pollo con papas, zanahorias y mayonesa. Más adentrada la noche, ponemos la hallacas en agua caliente para calentar tomando en cuenta que la comida esté calientita cuando nos sentemos todos en la mesa.

Yo soy de las que más demora para alistarse, pero este año me propuse estar lista antes y se logró 😂 ayudé a poner la mesa y cortar los hilos y sacar las hallacas de las hojas. Mi hermano, arregló los platos y sirvió la comida, al final estuvimos compartiendo en familia nuestro platillo de navidad. El pernil, ensalada de pollo y hallaca fueron los protagonistas en nuestra mesa.

El momento de las fotos siempre son complicadas, porque todos tienen hambre 😂😂 principalmente mi papá que ya tiene la boca ful en todas las tomas que realicé, apenas terminamos la oración de acción de gracias es el primero en tomar el primer bocado y yo soy la última en terminar mi plato y aunque estaba muy rico no podía más, estaba repleta y acá es donde @wbrandt hace lo suyo y me ayuda con lo que queda en el plato (siempre lo hace)😂😂

El pernil, las hallacas y el ensalada hicieron una combinación perfecta, aunque es muy pesado para una cena en un día cualquiera esa noche nos desvelamos en la espera para abriros regalos de navidad🎄 así que hubo tiempo de sobra para hacer la digestión.

Yo particularmente amo comer rico 🤤🤤 y estas fechas son un deleite para mí, ya luego les seguiré contando de otros lugares de comida deliciosa.
