I will be back soon

The darkness was absolute, suffocating. I could feel the weight of the darkness pressing down on me, slowly suffocating me.
Suddenly, a terrifying sound tore through the silence: heavy, shadowy footsteps approaching.
Each footstep made the ground rumble beneath my feet, as if a massive force was threatening to tear the world in two.
My heart was pounding so violently that I feared it would explode into a thousand pieces. Cold sweat ran down my forehead as I tried to hold my breath, paralysed with fear.
Something brushed my neck, a repulsive, ethereal caress. A long beard, rough as horsehair, ruffled my skin.
And then, I felt it: a searing breath, hot as the flames of hell itself, burning my nostrils.
The silence was deafening, laden with rumours of death that seemed to whisper in my ears.
Suddenly, a dark, misshapen claw rose up in front of me, pointing directly at my head.
Without hesitation, without a hint of remorse, the creature launched its deadly claw.
In that instant, the light flickered on, momentarily blinding me. When my eyes adjusted, the creature had vanished, leaving only a trail of darkness in its wake.
Horrified, I frantically searched for its presence, but there was nothing but emptiness. My face was pale as wax, and a nervous smile tugged at my lips, contrasting with the terrified expression in my eyes.
Slowly, I stood up, bringing my hands to my chest in an attempt to calm the frantic beating of my heart, which seemed to want to flee in terror to the land of logic and reason.
It was then that I saw them: footprints of dark blood stained the floor. I held my breath as I watched them pick up one by one, until they disappeared completely. And at that moment, a terrifying, guttural voice boomed from behind me:
-If you keep looking for me, I'll... come... for... you.
A shiver ran up and down my spine. The threat was clear, tangible. Whatever this creature was, it would not rest until it claimed my soul.
And I, gripped by the most primal terror, knew that there would be no refuge to protect me from its dark vengeance.
