Give Quality Followers some Quality!

Forgive the redundancy!

I was re-watching the latest #leolive from @jongolson, and his shows usually inspire me to write something!

One of the things I said during its #threadcast about getting followers was getting quality followers!

Today I add a little more and besides getting quality followers, you need to give them quality as well!

What are quality followers?

It's not that I'm looking down on people but there will be some that will stick out from the crowd because they are taking action, they will show up and thread more, post more, engage more and so on!

When someone shows up in the comments on the posts or your threads often those who you must focus on!

How? Start simple and reply! They will notice that you pay attention to what they write and will keep coming!

You will probably count by your fingers how many will do this more consistently...

So, how to provide them quality?

You can also start with simple things: check their posts and threads and comment!

You can highlight them by upvoting, rethreading, reblogging, and giving them a mention so you can bring them more visibility and maybe they will find their quality followers!

Bonus if you have the power to do so:

You can delegate some Hive Power or Resource Credits so they can keep posting more if they are small accounts! Or delegate other tokens like $LEO so they can provide quality to others!

When it comes to building a strong online presence, having a large number of followers may seem like the ultimate goal. However, it's not just about numbers, but rather about building a meaningful and engaged community. Focus on providing quality to your followers, and growth will naturally follow.

And little things like these can be so valuable to some!
