Next we are going to tell you a story about "Rune Arcanist", a a new card much more extensive story about this great Splinterlands.

Eryndoril Morth'lana, known in Thanaloria as the "Rune Arcanist," was a renowned sorceress in the powerful House Morth'lana. Coming from a long line of protective mages, Eryndoril had dedicated her life to the mastery of rune magic and the elements of earth and water, elements considered sacred in her realm.

From a young age, she had felt the call of the ancient runes that guarded the secrets of her land; her ancestors guided her through ancient scriptures and rituals to channel the power of nature through the runes. Through her training, she became a skilled summoner, able to manipulate elemental powers to their fullest extent and protect her allies with complex runic barriers that seemed unbreakable.

The day that Rage, the ancestral dragon of Mount Redwyrm, attacked her homeland, Eryndoril did not hesitate to join the resistance. In Thanaloria, the threat of an ancient dragon was little less than a death sentence for those who crossed its path; however, Eryndoril knew that the dragon's power could be neutralized with the right runes. As she set out with the battle mage towards the imposing mountain, a deep silence fell over the group, aware that it could be a mission of no return.

As the group approached Rage's lair, the dragon began to unleash a storm of flame and dark magic. Eryndoril stepped forward, quickly tracing a circle of protective runes around her allies. Through complex gestures and words in an arcane language, she summoned a barrier imbued with water and stone, elements with which she countered Rage's deadly magic. The dragon's strength was overwhelming, but Eryndoril, with unwavering concentration, maintained the shield. Even as her hands shook and sweat poured down her face, she stood firm, knowing that any failure would mean the end.

The clash at the heart of Rage's lair was legendary. The dragon's magic roared with fury, but Eryndoril continued to call upon the runes of protection for her party, allowing them to cut through the waves of fire and darkness the dragon spewed.

It was at a critical moment, when the battle mage was at the mercy of the dragon, that Eryndoril channeled all of her strength into one last rune of protection and combined attack. This maneuver not only saved the battle mage, but weakened the dragon, allowing her to deliver the final blow that would end Rage's threat.

After victory, Eryndoril returned to Thanaloria as a living legend, honored by the people and hailed as the "Rune Arcanist." Though her heart still shuddered at the memory of the fierce battle, she knew that her destiny lay beyond that victory. Since then, she has roamed the Splinterlands, a protector to those seeking justice and peace, keeping alive the ancient tradition of the Morth'lana and using her rune magic to protect the innocent.

Despite the scars she bears from that battle, Eryndoril remains a tireless guardian and the example of a true warrior of the realm, ready to call upon her runes and face any darkness that threatens the lands she loves.
