Wow! We're only four months into the year and I hadn't even realized how quickly it had gone by. It's at times like these that the feeling of sadness at not having managed to fulfill many of our goals takes over our being.

Many goals are simple and depend only on ourselves, like reading books every month. That was one of my goals, and it was one of the easiest, but I still didn't manage to achieve it. And that goal of practicing physical activity and eating healthier, well, I'm doing my best to fulfill it, but there are certain days when you just have to throw everything up in the air.

First, I'll start with my financial goals here at Hive, which may be one of the few goals I achieve this year. At the beginning of 2023, I had no goal of accumulating Hive Power (HP), but I was already active here at Hive producing Splinterlands content in order to pay the rent or buy cards.

My focus at the time was on growing my Splinterlands account, and that may have been my main mistake at Hive. If I had focused on increasing my Hive Power from the start, today I might be able to set more audacious goals.

I currently have around 2,500 HP on my Hive account and my goal is to reach 5,000 HP, with only 50% to go by the end of the year. This goal started about four months ago, when I opened my eyes to the importance of having Hive Power, because we can value other people's content or delegate the HP to projects that do it for you.

In Hive's second tier, the token I'm most excited about is $LEO, because it's undoubtedly Hive's hottest project. That's why I'm staking LEO tokens every month, to grow my Leo Power (LP) and reach the 5000 LP mark. Currently, I have 1000 LP or 1/5 of the target, which I consider to be quite a bold goal. Since my main focus is HP.

Anyone who follows my content knows that I play Splinterlands and even though I'm a bit discouraged, I'm not giving up on the game. My current goal is no longer to buy cards, which I sometimes do because they have a very attractive value. However, my main goal is to increase my betting power from 12,462 SPS to 30,000 SPS. It's still not enough to play in the Gold League, but it's a reasonable amount and perhaps one I can reach by the end of the year.

Outside of Hive, in real life, my goals have failed. This year I was supposed to start a Master's degree in my academic field, but due to my carelessness I didn't manage to pass the selection process due to the lack of a single document, which I had but forgot to attach. So that will certainly be for next year.

I'm also in the process of completing work on a residential house. My goal at the beginning of the year was to finish it by the end of this year, but the prices of building materials and labor were higher than I had anticipated in my budget. And my financial situation isn't the best, so this will probably be another failed goal.

When a series of goals is not achieved, we end up getting discouraged. This can lead to more unfulfilled goals, as our strength seems to drain away. But I'm still holding my head high, hoping for better days.

Wow! Faltam apenas quatro meses para o término do ano e eu nem tinha percebido como ele passou rápido. São nesses momentos que a sensação de tristeza, por não ter conseguido cumprir muitos dos objetivos, dominar o nosso ser.

Muitos objetivos são simples e dependem apenas de nós mesmo, como ler livros todos os meses. Esse foi um dos meus objetivo e olha que foi um dos mais fáceis e mesmo assim não conseguir atingi-lo. E aquele meta de praticar atividades físicas e ter uma alimentação mais saudável, bem estou fazendo o máximo para cumpri-la, porém tem certos dias que a gente jogar tudo para o ar.

Primeiro vou começar com minhas metas financeiras aqui na Hive, talvez essa seja uma das minhas poucas metas que sejam cumpridas esse ano. No início de 2023, não tinha meta de acumular Hive Power (HP), mas já estava ativo aqui na Hive produzindo conteúdo de Splinterlands, a fim de pagar os alugueis ou comprar cartas.

Meu foco naquele momento era crescer a minha conta Splinterlands, esse talvez tenha sido meu principal erros na Hive. Se tivesse focado desde o início em aumentar meu Hive Power hoje talvez poderia traçar objetivos mais audaciosos.

Atualmente, tenho cerca de 2500 HP em minha conta Hive e minha meta é alcançar 5000 HP, até o final do ano faltam apenas 50%. Esse objetivo começou a cerca de quatro meses atrás, quando abri meus olhos para importância de ter Hive Power, pois podemos valorizar o conteúdo de outras pessoas ou delegar o HP para projetos que façam isso por você.

Na segunda camada da Hive, o token que mais me anima é o $LEO, pois esse é sem dúvida o projeto mais quente da Hive. E por isso, todos os meses eu estou a apostando tokens LEO, para crescer meu Leo Power (LP) e atingir a marcar de 5000 LP, atualmente, tenho 1000 LP ou 1/5 do alvo, essa considero ser uma meta bastante arrojada. Uma vez que meu foco maior é o HP.

Quem acompanha meus conteúdos sabe que jogo Splinterlands e mesmo um pouco desanimado não desistir do jogo. Meu objetivo atual, não é mais comprar cartas, as vezes eu faço isso por estarem com valor bastante atrativo. Porém, meu principal objetivo é aumentar meu poder de aposta de 12,462 SPS para 30,000 SPS, ainda não é o suficiente para jogar na Liga Gold, mas já é um valor razoável e talvez um valor que dê para atingir até o final do ano.

Fora da Hive, na vida real, meus objetivos foram fracassados esse ano era para ter começado o Mestrado em minha area academica, mas por descuido meu não conseguir passar no processo seletivo por falta de um único documento, que eu tinha, mas que esqueci de anexar. Então, certamente isso ficará para o próximo ano.

Também estou em fase de conclusão de uma obra de uma casa residencial, cuja a meta era de inicio de ano era terminá-la até final deste ano, mas os preços dos materiais de construção e mão de obra foram maiores do que tinha previsto, em meu orçamento. E minha situação financeira não esta das melhores, então provavelmente esse será outro objetivo fracassado.

Quando uma série de objetivos não é atingida acabamos desanimando. Isso pode acarretar em mais objetivos não cumpridos, pois nossas forças parecem que vão sendo drenadas. Mas, continuo de cabeça erguida esperando por dias melhores.
