Hello to all my friends of @family-friends what a joy to greet you and share a birthday full of joy and excitement. It is another celebration at the Gym and this time it is the birthday of our star trainer; a person who in a short time has earned my affection, appreciation and admiration.

In the time I have been at the Gym I have realized the human quality of Hector. Who is my Aerobics instructor and trainer of many users who come to this Fitness center. The kind, gentle, respectful and professional treatment, make him worthy of tokens of affection as was this birthday celebration.

From very early in the morning; the day of the birthday, each one of us who came to the gym, contributed with a contribution of snacks, wine and cake. There were several times that Hector celebrated and enjoyed that day. At noon and in the afternoon he also celebrated with other users.

I enjoyed that day, in which I also received gifts including cookies, candies and snacks that we took to share. I feel happy, because every day more friends are added to my life, people of human quality with beautiful feelings.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @family-friends que alegría saludarlos y compartir un cumpleaños lleno de alegría y emoción. Se trata de otra celebración en el Gym y en esta ocasión es el cumpleaños de nuestro entrenador estrella; persona que en poco tiempo se ha ganado mi cariño, aprecio y admiración.

En el tiempo que tengo en el Gym me he dado cuenta la calidad humana de Héctor. Quién es mi instructor de Aerobics y entrenador de muchos usuarios que acuden a este centro Fitness. El trato amable, gentil, respetuoso y profesional, lo hacen merecedor de muestras de cariño como lo fué ésta celebración de cumpleaños.

Desde la mañana muy temprano; el día del cumpleaños, cada una de las personas que acudimos al gimnasio, contribuimos con una colaboración de pasapalos, vino y torta. Fueron varias veces que Héctor festejó y disfrutó ese día. En la hora del mediodía y la tarde también celebró con otros usuarios.

Disfruté de ese día, en el que también recibí regalos entre ellos galletas, caramelos y pasapalos que llevamos para compartir. Me siento felíz, ya que cada día se suman a mi vida más amigos, personas de calidad humana con hermosos sentimientos.

Vivamos momentos felices compartiendo en familia y con amigos.
