I still can see you!

This little crab spider was trying really hard to hide from me during my previous photo walk. it almost succeeded in doing so, because I almost missed it completely. But its bright yellow color exposed its hide, and then I spotted it, then took several photos of it.

This crab spider was hiding behind a wilted blue snakeweed flower. I was having a little laugh when I edited the photos, thinking about how this spider can be that creative in finding and using the surroundings as the hide.

as you can see in the photo below, it was trying really hard to hide its wide yellow abdomen on that long slim flower base. if only it went down a little bit and hid behind the wilted petal, I might completely missed it. But hey, it was my lucky day to find this little beauty, and then I could share it with you all here.

Then I could not help but remove the wilted flower so that the spider would be completely exposed thus giving me a better chance to get better photos of this spider.
Not sure whether I was quite cautious or the spider just didn't care, I could remove the flower without disturbing the spider, so it was still in its original position.
