I wasn’t really keen with the challenge of this week since Earth 🌿 is an element that I almost don’t use. Besides that, I usually choose Unicorn Mustang or Grund as the main tank. Therefore, Venari Knifer is rarely used, I pick her mostly on Super Sneak/Melee Mayhem/Equal Opportunity rule set. In spite of that, I’m not saying it is a bad card, on the contrary, below I’ll show some nice combinations to use her!

Não gostei muito do desafio desta semana, já que Terra 🌿 é um elemento que quase não escolho. Além disso, eu costumo escolher Unicorn Mustang ou Grund como o tanque principal. Portanto, Venari Knifer é geralmente usado no conjunto de regras Super Furtivo/Caos corpo a corpo/Igualdade de Oportunidade. Porém, não estou dizendo que é uma carta ruim, pelo contrário, abaixo mostrarei algumas combinações bacanas para usá-la!

I was wondering why Venari Knifer (VK) is not as good/used (in my opinion) as Cursed Windeku (CW) since Novice to higher leagues. Both cost 6 Mana and have Thorns. Their main differences that makes Windeku a much better tank are: the amount of HP ❤️ (he has more HP); a better synergy with the Chaos Legion Summoner Thaddius Brood x Obsidian (Windeku synergizes better since the enemy mages will be debuffed -1 magic damage and his survivability will increase); Rarity, Windeku is a Rare card so it is expected to receive better attributes; and lastly Speed 🏃, in this matter VK is much superior and I think we should focus our strategies with high Speed!

Eu queria saber por que Venari Knifer (VK) não é tão bom/usado (na minha opinião) quanto Cursed Windeku (CK) desde a liga Novice até ligas mais altas. Ambos custam 6 Mana e possuem Espinhos. Suas principais diferenças que fazem do Windeku um tanque muito melhor são: a quantidade de PV ❤️ (ele tem mais PV); uma melhor sinergia com o Chaos Legion Summoner Thaddius Brood x Obsidian (Windeku sinergiza melhor já que os magos inimigos serão debuffados -1 de dano mágico e sua capacidade de sobrevivência aumentará); Raridade, Windeku é uma carta Rara, portanto, espera-se que receba melhores atributos; e por último a Velocidade, neste quesito o Venari Knifer é muito superior e acho que devemos focar nossas estratégias com alta Velocidade!

They are very similar in Bronze/Silver league, none of them receive any new abilities, just better attributes.

However, in Gold League both acquires a new ability: Heal (CW) and Backfire (VK). As mentioned, now we want to focus even more on Speed due to her Backfire ability!

No entanto, na Liga Ouro ambos adquirem uma nova habilidade: Cura (CW) e Tiro pela culatra (VK). Como mencionado, agora queremos focar ainda mais na Velocidade devido à sua habilidade Tiro pela culatra

Best Rule Sets: Armored Up/Unprotected (since she has no armor it doesn’t make it difference in Unprotected and will also deal direct damage against the melee monsters with Thorns, but if she receives +2 amor it is also a good thing), rules that allows to melee attack from position 2 to 6, Lost Magic and Spreading Fury (with enrage she will do a good damage and dodge a lot with high speed).

Melhores conjuntos de regras: Blindado/Desprotegido (já que ela não tem armadura, não faz diferença em Unprotected e também causará dano direto contra os monstros corpo a corpo com Thorns, mas se ela receber +2 amor também é uma coisa boa) , regras que permitem o ataque corpo a corpo da posição 2 a 6, Magia Perdida e Espalhando Fúria (com Enfurecer ela fará um bom dano e se esquivará muito com alta velocidade).

In high mana battles I usually pick Dragon if available to use the high mana cards, furthermore the rule Target Practice made more likely to my opponent focus his attacks on ranged or magic attack making Quix the Devious -1 Ranged Attack a very interesting choice!

Em batalhas de alta mana eu costumo escolher Dragão se disponível para usar as cartas de alta mana, além disso a regra Tiro ao Alvo tornou mais provável que meu oponente concentre seus ataques em ataques à distância ou mágicos, tornando Quix the Devious -1 Ataque à Distância uma escolha bastante interessante!

Djinn Chwalla and Venari Knifer (1st and 2nd position): In Target Practice rule set it is very common to see a Tank+5 Ranged/Magic monsters, for this reason I picked Chwalla to damage the tank with Thorns and Venari Knifer to do the same since my ranged units would be targeting the backline unless the opponent picked a monster with Taunt.

Djinn Chwalla e Venari Knifer (1ª e 2ª posição): No conjunto de regras Tiro ao Alvo é muito comum ver um Tanque + 5 monstros com Ataque à distância/Mágico, por esse motivo eu escolhi Chwalla para danificar o tanque com espinhos e Venari Knifer para fazer o mesmo, já que minhas unidades de longo alcance teriam como alvo a linha de trás, a menos que o oponente escolhesse um monstro com Provocar.

Chaos Dragon, Diamond Dragon and Supply Runner: the damage dealer and also focusing in increasing substantially their chances of dodging attacks due to their Flying ability and -2 Speed of Quix+ Slow of Diamond Dragon and +1 Speed of Supply Runner swiftness ability. In total it would be like +3 Speed comparing to the opponent!

Dragão do Caos, Dragão Diamante e Supply Runner: os causadores de dano e também focando em aumentar substancialmente suas chances de se esquivar de ataques devido à sua habilidades de Voar e -2 Velocidade que o Quix e Dragão Diamante oferece com Devagar e +1 Velocidade da habilide rapidez do Supply Runner. No total, seria +3 de velocidade em comparação com o adversário!

Queen Mycelia: unfortunately I don’t own a level 2 Mycelia with Amplify. It would make Chwalla+Knifer Thorns much more deadlier. Anyhow, her Protect ability is still very useful and important!

Rainha Mycelia: infelizmente eu não possuo um Mycelia nível 2 com Amplificar. Isso tornaria Chwalla+Knifer Thorns muito mais mortal. De qualquer forma, sua habilidade Proteger ainda é muito útil e importante!
