Keeping our mind active means gaining in vitality
Life is a bridge of connection between our physical and our mind, that is why if we think of enjoying life to the fullest we must seek vitality that is related to good physical and mental habits. The psychological and emotional aspects are primordial to pay main attention in our personal development, since we will not be able to advance in achievements if we are not motivated and in the best mental conditions.
The absolute well-being in the course of a lifetime is almost impossible to achieve, since it is normal to live with ups and downs, with victories and defeats, however in those moments of ups and downs, what we can do is to reinforce our moments of glory, an optimistic way to reinforce is to start assuming that the rest of the road is likely to be full of ups and downs, so psychologically we could be prepared for when we have some discomfort or perhaps our emotions do not correspond to that of happiness.
The importance of being clear in these ups and downs is that we can overcome them faster and start training our mind for the moments of glory, to maintain for long periods of time that kind of welfare that produce us the glory, we must be prepared physically and mentally to work consecutively to maintain through work and sacrifice activated as much as possible the euphoria for the moments of glory and success achieved previously.
If our brain is well trained, either because we talk to ourselves to prepare our mind, it means that we will always try to train it so that this trained mind will always lead us on the right path of the things of our life.
