I saw it on Wura, a movie I watched day before yesterday, I didn't think it was a thing until I watch Tommy mention it again in Peaky Blinders yesterday. I am talking about the act of stealing stuff and selling them off to potential buyers. The idea is to have a buyer on the ground first with the money ready to buy at any time and then look around for where to steal the item and sell it off.

There are lots of ways people make money in this world. You can't even judge them because you do not know their full story. It could be they have no choice or they do but don't seem to care. They steal, rob, and disarm anyone just to get the reward..... Money
Is this why money is claimed to be the root of all evil? You can answer that quietly. Yesterday, we had various discussions in the city, and somehow, it was related to sleep and money, and, I made a polite note that if Eve did not eat the apple, we wouldn't be here today struggling with our sleep patterns and forfeiting the things that would make us happy so could take up more time and make more money.
It's crazy how the world runs around a few piles of bills (money). But it's much better to have those bills piling up than to have nothing at all. This is because it makes your life easier and smoother. You can carefully choose the quality of the life you want to live and no one gets to question you.
I don't know what you do to get your pile of bills, but, I'll leave a subtle piece of advice. Figure out when you want to stop using those means to get them if they are illegal. Figure out how to invest those bills so they can give you something to live off when you finally bade goodbye to the street. Figure out, how to keep it safe from predators because you will definitely meet quite a good number of them when you start having those dollar bills rolling in.
Figure these things out, and know when to stop. If you are looking for proof that a lot of people who did not learn to stop and consolidate their gains ended up badly then look at history. History is a fine teacher, and success has a way of playing strange tricks on our minds. You must often remind yourself of the role of luck and circumstances in your success and be ready for any change in fortune.

I disagree to the notion that some people carryout illegal activities like stealing, kidnapping and the like because they do not have a choice, Everyone has a choice.
Look for something legal to do, be consistent, and as you do it, learn both from online or from mentors(someone who is successful in what you're doing), and apply this things you learn to what you do already It's that simple.
No matter the circumstances one finds oneself, people are facing a lot more, you don't have to make other people cry at the expense of your wealth and happiness.
The sky is wild enough for birds to fly without their wings badging against themselves, likewise opportunities are too much to think you have to inconvenience someone else before getting rich.
True truth is that, when you start illegally, it's gets difficult to know when to stop, like smoking and betting, it gets addictive. So the best thing is to stay off it
