Obviamente arroz 🤣 pero lo que revisamos es el porcentaje de gramos enteros o partidos y desde allí comenzamos, mientras menos sea el porcentaje de granos partidos mucho mejor será la calidad de nuestras recetas

Lo siguiente en tomar en consideración es que receta vamos a elaborar y de allí escoger si llevar un arroz blanco o un arroz especial como este que es vaporizado y te aseguras que siempre te quedara un arroz muy suelto al cocinarlo 😉

Mi segunda opción es un arroz tipo premium que también da una terminación final excelente al cocerlo, aquí les daré un tips jajaja, solo debes sofreírlo en seco y después si le agregas el agua, pero no les digo más porque es solo comprar 😝

Entre risas y hablando solo como los locos, paso al siguiente producto y veo este arroz de coliflor jajaja, cuando piensas que lo has visto todo te consigues algo así, pero es válido para quienes no toleran el almidón del arroz común

Pero...! en cocina creativa nada es tragedia jajaja, al llegar a casa tomé mi arroz normalito lo sofreí y pinte con (carmensita) preparé falafel y listo! salve mi día y no salí más jajaja
